Your Questions About Bar & Restaurant Expo Texas Answered!

Bar & Restaurant Expo Texas, an extension of the nation’s largest and most influential gathering of bar and restaurant owners and operators, is just over a month away! It will be held October 28-30 at the Henry B. González Convention Center in San Antonio. If you're joining us in the Lone Star State, here's your guide to everything you need to know about this Texas-sized show!

How is Bar & Restaurant Expo Texas different from Bar & Restaurant Expo in Las Vegas?

Great question! Our Texas show includes never-before-seen exhibitors, all-new conference sessions, the Food & Beverage Theater, and a redesigned Cocktail Clubhouse.

Plus, Bar & Restaurant Expo Texas is co-locating with The Hospitality Show, so attendees have access to both floors. The Hospitality Show will be filled with hotel vendors and suppliers, including F&B companies like General Mills, United Food Group, and more.

Our Texas show will also feature unique networking opportunities as you mingle with an all-new attendee pool—including attendees from The Hospitality Show!

What's there to see on the expo floor?

The Bar & Restaurant Expo Texas show floor will be filled with exhibitors showcasing the latest solutions in the industry. Plus, Bar & Restaurant Expo Texas attendees will have access to The Hospitality Show floor, which includes 400+ innovative hospitality vendors.

We'll also be bringing the Cocktail Clubhouse to Texas where Chris Hopkins, Cocktail Clubhouse Bar Director, Beverage & Operations Professional, will be slinging cocktails!

The new Food & Beverage Theater will offer attendees the opportunity to learn about the future of hospitality through demos and educational sessions. Here's the schedule:
