National restaurant chains, hotels, and more are embracing the holiday season through beverage promotions and festive cocktails. We've rounded up some of the offerings aimed at helping guests ring in the holiday season.
Omni's Blitzen Bar
Blitzen’s Bar, a pop-up across 27 Omni Hotels & Resorts properties nationwide, was created in partnership with Julie Reiner, renowned mixologist, author, bar owner, and judge on Netflix’s Drink Masters. Blitzen’s Bar features eight inventive holiday cocktails and non-alcoholic options, including festive favorites like the ornament-served Blitzen and the Espres-Ho Ho Ho Martini.
The holiday pop-up bar features festive fun with light-up ice cubes, cocktails served in ornaments, and a Dubai Hot Chocolate inspired by viral trends. The nostalgia-driven menu is designed to spark comfort, memory, and delight and give adults a way to enjoy the season, from date nights to work gatherings.
Omni is positioning itself as a destination for seasonal drinks, with guests increasingly choosing hotels where holiday programming matters as much as the stay itself, booking a winter getaway with a holiday bar just steps from your room.
Cheba Hut's Sleigh'd and Confused
Cheba Hut released a limited-time holiday cocktail called Sleigh’d and Confused, which will be available through the end of the year. The cocktail is a lemon-forward offering featuring Deep Eddy Lemon Vodka, fresh lemon, simple syrup, and Coconut Berry Red Bull.
It ties directly into the brand’s broader bar strategy to boost weekend traffic and cocktail engagement, and Cheba Hut offers $3 off the cocktail all day Friday.
Applebee's Sleigh Bell Sips
Applebee’s is getting into the holiday spirit with its $6 Sleigh Bell Sips.
This year’s festive Mucho cocktails include the $6 Tipsy Reindeer, a holiday punch featuring Smirnoff Vodka, Ocean Spray® Cranberry, grenadine and premium lemon sour, and the new $6 Sleigh All Day Rita, a margarita featuring Teremana Tequila Blanco, blue curaçao, melon liqueur, lime and pineapple juice. Both cocktails are topped with a Santa gummi. Plus, guests can add an extra splash of holiday magic to these sips with a Don Julio Reposado or Grey Goose Vodka Vibe Drop.
The chain has also rolled out ultra-premium offers with its Shake’N Up Your Holiday Cocktails, served tableside in a chilled shaker tin for multiple pours. The cocktails include:
- Espres-So Happy Martini: A merry mix of Tito’s Handmade Vodka, Kahlúa and Owen’s Nitro-Infused Espresso served with a Pocky™ Chocolate biscuit.
- Golden Goose: A Lemon Drop with a twist featuring Grey Goose Vodka, triple sec, mango and premium lemon sour.
- Perfect Cranberry Margarita: Applebee’s signature Margarita with a seasonal spin featuring 1800 Reposado Tequila, Grand Marnier, Cointreau, lime and Ocean Spray® Cranberry.
Bad Daddy's Burger Bar's Indulgent Drinks
Bad Daddy's is pouring decadent non-alcoholic and alcoholic festive sippers. The non-alc Candy Cane Shake features vanilla ice cream hand-spun with candy cane pieces, finished with a candy cane rim and fresh whip. The North Pole Nightcap Martini mixes up Smirnoff® Vanilla Vodka, Baileys® Irish Cream and Disaronno® amaretto shaken with fresh cream and topped with holiday sprinkles.
North Italia's Bar North Pole
Guests at participating North Italia restaurants can enter Bar North Pole to enjoy a festive drink menu of eight new creations, including six cocktails and two zero-proof options.
The cocktails include a naughty list of alcoholic selections and a nice list of non-alc offerings:
- “Naughty List” Cocktails: Sweater Weather with Pinot Grigio; Jingle Bell Rock with Aperol; Sleigh Ride with vodka; Santa’s Nightcap with rye; Rudolph’s Replacement with tequila; The Naughty List with vanilla vodka
- “Nice List” Zero-Proofs: White Elephant Gift with Seedlip non-alcoholic, and Cocoa Claus with rich dark chocolate crème
STK Steakhouse's Holiday Cheers Menu
STK Steakhouse rolled out a bevy of holiday beverages as part of its lmited-time Holiday Cheers menu.
The menu includes three cocktails:
- STK Hot Chocolate Bomb: Featuring Monin coconut syrup and Santa Teresa 1796 rum
- STK Holiday Martini: With Licor 43, Owen's Espresso Martini Mix, and Grey Goose vodka
- STK Toasted Marshmallow Old Fashioned: Mixing up Monin oak barrel concentrate, Monin Toasted marshmallow syrup, and Angel’s Envy rye.
