Coury Hospitality

Coury Hospitality is redefining holiday cheer—and maximizing hotel revenue potential—with the launch of Reindeer Alley, a series of holiday-themed pop-up bars now open across its hotel portfolio.

Each Reindeer Alley pop-up is tailored to a different reindeer from Santa’s team—such as Dasher’s Den at Colcord Hotel in Oklahoma City and Prancer’s Parlour at Hotel Carmichael in Carmel, Indiana. Coury is capitalizing on underutilized areas across its hotels by activating the pop-ups in unexpected spaces like ballrooms, storage rooms, and hidden corners.

When visiting Reindeer Alley bars, guests can indulge in a bespoke holiday menu featuring inventive, seasonal cocktails inspired by holiday flavors. Signature drinks like Holiday Vacation, Fireside Chai, and Spiced Espresso Martini will add a seasonal twist to classic recipes and are served in festive glassware that complements the merry ambiance.
