Summer beverages are heating up at on-premise restaurants across the country. We rounded up a few highlights of specials currently being offered.
Dirty Sodas Take Off
Dirty sodas—soda mixed with various add-ins like creams, flavored syrups, and fruit puree—have been bubbling into the mainstream.
Logan’s Roadhouse, a Western-themed American casual restaurant found in Lexington, Kentucky in 1991, is now serving up its own twist.

The new Saddled Up Sips and Bull Riders (made with Red Bull or soda, flavored syrup, and sweet cream) are part of a broader seasonal lineup aimed at younger guests and non-alc fans. The rollout is part of Logan’s effort to lean into trend-forward items and everyday value to meet today’s guests where they are.
TGI Fridays is also getting in on the trend with their own takes on dirty sodas. Guests can even add a recommended shot pairing with the sodas for just $3 more. Selections include:
- Cherry Cream Cola – Classic meets smooth. Add Jack Daniel’s to add the adulting.
- Strawberry SZN – Sweet and summery with sprinkles; Malibu makes it tropical.
- Dr. Vibe – A gummy- and sprinkles-garnished twist; dial it up with Hennessy.
- Dirty Sunshine – Passionfruit cream meets Red Bull. Go bold with Tito’s Handmade Vodka.
Brazil in a Glass
Fogo de Chão, the restaurant from Brazil known for its elevated churrasco dining experience, invites guests to enjoy $1 Caipirinhas from July 21 - July 25 during what is historically known as the hottest week of the year in the U.S. at participating locations. The traditional Caipirinha is crafted with Cachaça, fresh muddled limes, and cane sugar, offering a bright and refreshing cocktail.
"As temperatures rise, we wanted to give our guests a refreshing reason to celebrate,” said Barry McGowan, Chief Executive Officer at Fogo de Chão. “The caipirinha is Brazil’s national cocktail and a true taste of summer. By offering it for just $1, we’re not only delivering incredible value, but also inviting guests to cool off, unwind, and enjoy a vibrant dining experience that brings people together.”
Sip to the Songs of Summer
North Italia, a neighborhood Italian restaurant conceived by Fox Restaurant Concepts Founder Sam Fox in Arizona in 2002, has launched its annual Summer Sips campaign, mixing music and mixology with “The Greatest Sips.”
The limited-edition drink menu includes 16 beverages, all inspired by the songs playing on repeat this summer. The campaign will run from July 2 through Labor Day (September 1), turning up the volume and adding nostalgia to the menu all summer long. The campaign includes 13 new, regionally exclusive drinks created by North Italia bartenders across the country, plus three national cocktails ($15), and one zero-proof beverage ($11) available nationwide.
Selections include:
- Pink Pony Spritz (Fiorente elderflower liqueur, Starlino rosé, raspberry, Cleto Chiarli brut rosé)
- Watermelon Sugar (Vulcanica Vodka, Watermelon, Aperol, Fresh lemon)
- Strawberry Blush (Zero-Proof) (Strawberry-infused Seedlip, black cherry, fresh grapefruit juice, coconut, bubbly water)
