Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add Campari and grapefruit juice and shake well. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with lime wedge. |

Lemongrass and Elderflower Collins 2 oz. BOMBAY Sapphire East Gin Muddle thumbnail lemongrass sliced up. Build all with cubed ice and top with soda. |

The Jennings 2 oz. Watershed Gin Put two or three fruit cubes into the bottom of glass and top with one scoop of ice. Add another layer of fruit and fill the rest of way with ice. Pour in measure of Watershed Gin and refill ice to top as it may have settled. a Fill to top with Izze Sparkling Grapefruit juice. Garnish with a large ruby red grapefruit square on rim of glass. |

Strawberry-Gin Cocktail 2 oz. gin Place the strawberry basil leaves, and sugar into a cocktail shaker, and mash well with a cocktail muddler. Add half of the ice to the cocktail shaker, and place the rest into a tall glass. Pour in the gin and lemon juice, cover, and shake until the outside of the shaker has frosted. Strain into the chilled glass over the ice, top with the club soda, and stir to serve. |
