1 oz. Rose Wine
1/2 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
1/2 oz. Simple Syrup
2 oz. Berry Tea

Apple & Pink Julep

4 oz. Croft Pink Port
1 oz. apple juice
Garnish: mint sprig

Muddle mint leaves and apple juice in a cocktail shake. Add wine and ice. Shake and strain into a glass. Garnish with a mint

Cherry Jam

1 Spoon Cherry Jam
1/3 oz. Lemon Juice
1/3 oz. Vodka
3 oz. Chandon Brut Classic

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake and strain into a glass.

1 oz. Dark Rum
1/2 oz. Vanilla Bean Syrup
1/2 oz. Pineapple Juice
Garnish: lime wedge

Amaretto Sangrio

1.5 oz. Sparkling Water with Lemon
