Easter is Sunday, March 31. We've rounded up some candy-colored cocktails if you're looking to add some sweetness to your cocktail menu heading into the holiday.

Coconut Hop
Ingredients:
1 oz. Koloa Kaua’i Coconut Rum
1 oz. Pineapple Juice
1 oz. Lemonade
3-4 drops Pineapple Star Anise Bitters
2oz. Local Wheat Beer
Garnish: Pineapple and Lemon
Directions:
- Build in glass over ice.
- Gently pour beer into glass to prevent excess foam.
- Lightly stir.

Windsor Garden
Ingredients:
2 oz Empress 1908 Indigo Gin
1⁄2 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
1⁄2 oz Simple Syrup
Basil, Thyme, Rosemary & Mint Leaves
Directions:
- Lightly muddle herbs and shake ingredients over ice.
- Strain into a stemless wine glass with ice.
- Garnish with a sprig of rosemary.

White Frosa Rosa
Ingredients:
Sparkling White
2 cups of freshly sliced strawberries
Splash of orange liqueur
Directions:
- Pour one bottle of Sparkling White into ice cube trays and freeze until solid.
- Once frozen, combine with 2 cups of freshly sliced strawberries and a splash of orange liqueur for extra sweetness if desired.
- Blend until smooth.
- Garnish with a strawberry slice.

Glendalough Rose Martini
Ingredients:
1.5 oz. Glendalough Wild Rose Gin
0.5 oz. Dry Vermouth
0.5 oz. Elderflower Liqueur
Lemon twist, garnish
Directions:
- Combine ingredients in a mixing glass with ice.
- Stir until very cold.
- Strain into a martini glass.
- Garnish with a lemon twist.

Down the Rabbit Hole
Ingredients:
1/2 oz Monin® Toasted Marshmallow Syrup
1/2 oz Monin® Mojito Mix
1/2 oz White Crème De Cacao Liqueur
1 oz Fresh Lime Juice
2 oz Premium Rum
Directions:
- Fill serving glass full of ice.
- Pour ingredients into mixing glass with 2/3 ice in order listed.
- Cap, shake, and strain into serving glass with ice.
- Add garnish and serve.

Ube Fizz
Ingredients:
1 ½ parts Skrewball
1 ½ parts Ube Cream – canned sweetened condensed milk with ube
1 parts Pineapple Juice
½ parts Lemon Juice
1 parts Club Soda topper
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients together.
- Shake well.
- Strain into a glass and top with club soda.
- Garnish with a Peep.

Detox Retox
Ingredients:
2 oz Silver Tequila
1 oz cucumber juice
.75 oz mint syrup
.75 oz Lime Juice
.5 bar spoon of matcha powder
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients in shaker tins.
- Shake and strain into a milk bottle.
- Top with crushed ice.
- Garnish with a cucumber slice.

Bunny Basket Margarita
Ingredients:
1 ½ oz Silver Tequila
½ oz Orange Liqueur
1 oz Monin® Blue Raspberry Syrup
3 oz Fresh Sour Mix
Directions:
- Fill serving glass full of ice.
- Pour ingredients into mixing tin in order listed.
- Add ice from serving glass.
- Cap, shake and pour back into serving glass.
- Add garnish and serve.
