Mother's Day is Sunday, May 12th. Since Mother's Day is typically one of the most popular holidays of the year to dine out, your restaurant or bar is sure to busy—especially during brunch!
We've compiled a collection of Mother's Day cocktail recipes that are perfect for brunch and beyond.

Martini Royale
Ingredients:
1oz. Martini & Rossi Bianco
1oz. Martini & Rossi Prosecco
.5oz Lime Juice
.25 oz Simple Syrup
Directions:
- Shake ingredients with ice.
- Pour into balloon glass with ice.
- Garnish with a lime wheel.

Pink Lady
Ingredients:
2 oz Reposado Rosa
1⁄2 oz Cointreau1⁄2 oz fresh lemon juice
1⁄4 oz simple syrup1 egg white
Directions:
- Hard shake all ingredients together over good ice in a shaker tin until the egg white is frothy and emulsified.
- Double strain into a coupe and garnish with raspberries.

Sparkling Rosé Orange Pineapple Mimosa
Ingredients:
16oz. Natalie’s Orange Pineapple Juice
1 bottle of Sparkling Rosé
Orange slices for garnish
Directions:
- Fill 8-10 glasses ¾ of the way with the sparkling rosé.
- Top with Natalie’s Orange Pineapple Juice.
- Garnish with a slice of orange.

Rum Lemon Drop
Ingredients:
Granulated sugar for preparing the glass
2 oz Kōloa Kaua’i White Rum
0.5 oz limoncello
1 oz freshly-squeezed lemon juice
1 oz simple syrup
Lemon wheel for garnish
Directions:
- Dip the rim of a coupe glass in water and then in sugar; set it aside to dry.
- To a cocktail shaker, add the rum, limoncello, lemon juice, and simple syrup.
- Shake with ice, then strain into the prepared coupe.
- Garnish with a lemon wheel.

Sorel Hibiscus Margarita
Ingredients:
.75 oz Sorel
1.5 oz Tequila
.75 oz Fresh Lime Juice
.5 oz Agave Syrup
Directions:
- Add tequila, Sorel, lime juice and agave syrup to a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
- Shake until well-chilled.
- Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
- Garnish with lime.
- Salt rim optional

Momtini
Ingredients:
2 oz. Dareringer Bourbon Finished in PX Sherry Casks
3/4 oz. Lemon Juice
1/2 oz. Rose Syrup
1/4 oz. Carpano Antica Vermouth
1/4 oz. Awuafaba
2 Dashes Angostura Cocoa Bitters
Lavender & Ube Powder for Garnish
Directions:
- Mix all ingredients except for Angostura Cocoa Bitters and Lavender & Ube Powder in a shaker cup half filled with ice.
- Shake well.
- Strain into wine glass or other suitable cocktail glass, garnish with Angostura Cocoa Bitters and Lavender & Ube Powder.

Hibiscus Mint Julep
Ingredients:
2 fl oz Four Roses Small Batch
1/2 fl oz Hibiscus syrup
2-3 Mint Leaves
Garnish with Mint
Directions:
- Steep 1 part hibiscus tea to 1 part granulated sugar.
- Stir until dissolved.
- Muddle mint with hibiscus syrup in a Julep cup.
- Add Bourbon and crushed ice.
- Pack tight.
- Swizzle or stir until the cocktail is well chilled.
- Add more ice to create a dome.
- Garnish.

Jackalope Mule:
Ingredients
Ice cubes
1/2 oz Lime Juice
1/2 oz Cranberry Juice
1.5 oz Suerte Blanco Still Strength
1 oz Ginger Beer
1/2 oz Simple Syrup
1 Rosemary Sprig
Directions:
- Add 1.5 oz tequila, 1/2 oz cranberry juice, 1/2 oz simple syrup, 1/2 oz lime juice and ice into shaker.
- Shake the ingredients together for 15-20 seconds.
- Fine strain into glass over fresh ice.
- Top with 1 oz ginger beer.
- Garnish with fresh rosemary sprig and a slice of lime.

Tough as a Mother
Ingredients:
1 oz. Rose Petal Infused Gin
3/4 oz. The Perfect Purée El Corazon blend, thawed
1/4 oz. lime juice
4 drops orange blossom water
Directions:
For the Rose Petal Infused Gin:
- Infuse one bottle of gin with 3 tablespoons of food grade dried rose petals overnight.
- Strain the next day.
For the cocktail:
- Add all ingredients to a shaker.
- Shake with ice and strain into a champagne flute.
- Top with champagne.
- Garnish with a twisted lime peel.

Blackberry Mojito
Ingredients:
Fresh Mint
4 large leaves
.75 oz Blackberry Mojito Syrup
.75 oz Fresh Lime Juice
1.5 oz Bacardi Light
3 Fresh Blackberries
2 oz Soda Water
Directions:
- Add first 4 ingredients to pint glass
- Lightly muddle ingredients
- Add half ice to pint glass
- Add 3 blackberries and shake vigorously
- Pour contents (with ice) into empty collins glass
- Top collins with fresh ice to the rim
- Top glass with soda water
- Lightly stir with bar spoon
- Garnish with Blackberry, Mint Leaf, & Blackberry on Bamboo Pick

Lychee Rose Gin Spritz
Ingredients:
1.5 oz Empress 1908 Elderflower Rose Gin
.5 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
1 tbsp Rose Jam
2 oz Soda Water
4 pieces Lychee
Garnish: Lemon Juice
Directions:
- Muddle lychee in a shaker.
- Add ice and lemon juice; mix well.
- In a glass, add rose jam and fill it with ice cubes.
- Pour the lychee mixture into the glass and add soda.
- Float Empress 1908 Elderflower Rose Gin on top.
- Garnish with lemon juice.
