The liqueur brand recently commissioned a survey to find out exactly how Americans will spend their New Year’s Eve this year. A key finding was that Gen Z is more likely than Millennials and Gen X to go out to a bar this New Year’s Eve, and going to a bar is the most popular going-out activity.

Blueberry Sparkler
Ingredients:
1 oz Astral Tequila Blanco
0.25 oz Fresh Lime Juice
0.25 oz Simple Syrup
1 Bar Spoon Blueberry Puree
Champagne to top
Garnish: Lime Twist
Directions:
- Shake Astral Tequila Blanco, simple syrup, fresh lime juice and blueberry puree with ice.
- Strain into a champagne flute.
- Top with champagne and garnish with a lime twist.

Elderflower Spritz
Ingredients:
1 oz Tequila Komos Añejo cristalino
.5 oz st Germain
.75 oz fresh lemon juice
.5 oz simple syrup
3 oz sparkling wine
Directions:
- Shake all ingredients but sparkling wine together and strain into a champagne coupe or flute.
- Top with three ounces of sparkling wine.
- Garnish with a lemon twist and an edible flower.

Blue Bayou
Ingredients:
2 oz Ketel One Vodka
0.5 oz Olive Brine
0.5 oz Blanc Vermouth
0.75 oz Filtered Water
1 tsp Creme de Peche
Garnish: olive and dried peach on a cocktail pick
Directions:
- Add all of the ingredients to a mixing glass with ice and stir for 30 seconds.
- Pour into a chilled martini glass.
- Garnish with a picked dried peach and olive.

Apple Ginger Mimosa
Ingredients:
1 Suntide Classic
1/2 oz. Apple Cider·1 oz. Ginger Beer
Garnish: Star anise + rosemary sprig
Directions:
- Pour all ingredients into a wine glass over ice.
- Garnish with star anise + rosemary sprig.

St-Germain Cranberry Spritz
Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz St-Germain
1 1/2 oz soda water
2 oz Sparkling rosé wine
3/4 oz Cranberry Juice
Garnish: Mint, 3 cranberries, edible flower
- Build the cocktail over ice.
- Garnish with mint, three cranberries, and an edible flower.

Mai Tai
Ingredients:
1 Part Diplomático Reserva Exclusiva
1 Part Diplomático Mantuano
0.75 Part Orange Curacao
1 Part Fresh Lime Juice
0.5 Part Orgeat
2 dashes Aromatic bitters
Orchid, pineapple frond & lime
Directions:
- Add all ingredients to shaker with crushed ice for a bit of dilution.
- Shake and serve over ice.
- Garnish with fresh mint and pineapple leaf.

Mezcal Unión Royale
Ingredients:
2 oz Mezcal Unión Uno
0.5 oz Rosemary Syrup
0.75 oz Lemon Juice
Tonic Water
1 Rosemary Sprig
Green Grapes
Directions:
- Mix Mezcal Unión Uno with ingredients, add ice, and top with tonic water.
- Garnish with a rosemary sprig and green grapes for good luck.

Empress 75
Ingredients:
11⁄2 oz Empress 1908 Indigo Gin
3⁄4 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
1⁄2 oz Simple Syrup
Sparkling Wine & a Lemon Twist
Directions:
- Shake on ice, fine strain into a chilled flute, top with sparkling wine.
- Garnish with a lemon twist.

High Roller Margarita
Ingredients:
1 ½ oz Tequila CAZADORES Extra Añejo
¾ oz Grand Marnier
¾ oz agave nectar
3 wedges lime
3 wedges lemon
1 wedge orange
Directions:
- In a cocktail shaker, muddle limes, lemons, and oranges.
- Add the rest of the ingredients with ice, shake, and serve up in a cocktail glass.
- Garnish with lime and orange peel.
