St. Patrick's Day is Saturday, March 17, and we've collected some festive cocktails for your holiday menus.
If your guests are looking for something other than green beer, add some of these whiskey, green, or Irish-inspired St. Patrick's Day cocktail recipes to your offerings you're sure to strike gold!

Tullamore D.E.W. Irish Coffee
Ingredients:
2 parts Tullamore D.E.W. Irish Whiskey
6 parts coffee (strong, rich, brewed, hot)
2 parts brown sugar
1 part heavy cream (lightly whipped)
Directions:
Place boiling water in an Irish coffee glass while you prep ingredients. Dump water and add 2 cubes of brown sugar to your glass. Add hot coffee and mix to dissolve sugar. Add Tullamore D.E.W. and stir, pouring the cream over the back of a bar spoon, and serve.

Lucky Luck
Ingredients:
1 oz. Kōloa Kaua’i Coconut Rum
1 oz. Kōloa Kaua’i Spice Rum
¼ oz Melon Liqueur
1 oz Blue Curaçao
½ oz Sweet and Sour
½ oz Pineapple Juice
Directions:
- Combine ingredients in glass with ice, stir with bar spoon, and top with fresh ice as needed.
- Garnish with rainbow belt and whipped cream.

The Emerald Isle
Ingredients:
1.5 oz Tullamore Dew Cider cask finish Irish Whiskey.
.5 oz Celtic Honey liqueur, or similar.
1 oz fresh lime juice
1 oz pineapple juice
5 dashes of roasted apple Armagnac bitters.
Celtic sea salt and shamrock (or dill/fennel tendrils) to garnish.
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients into tin/shaker.
- Add ice.
- Shake ice cold, single strain into fresh ice on an Irish coffee styled glass.
- Garnish with Celtic Sea Salt and fresh dill 'tendrils' or a shamrock.

Taffer's Grasshopper
Ingredients:
1.5 oz Taffer's Browned Butter Bourbon
1 oz Crème de Menthe
1 oz Crème de Cacao
1 oz Crème
Dark Chocolate
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients in mixing glass or tin with ice
- Shake until well chilled
- Strain into glassware
- Grate dark chocolate on top

Green Apple Martini
Ingredients:
2 oz Vodka
1 oz Monin Granny Smith Apple Purée
2 oz Fresh lemon sour mix
Directions:
- Chill serving glass.
- Pour ingredients into mixing glass with 2/3 ice in order listed.
- Cap, shake and strain into chilled serving glass.
- Add garnish with apple and lemon, serve.

Pot of Gold Cocktail
Ingredients
4 oz whiskey or bourbon
16 oz Natalie’s Natural Lemonade
2 oz club soda
Slices of lemon for garnish
Edible gold leaf
Directions
- In a cocktail shaker, combine the whiskey/bourbon and Natalie’s Natural Lemonade with ice.
- Shake for 30 seconds.
- Strain into two glasses with fresh ice and top with club soda.
- Garnish the glass with gold leaf and a lemon wedge.

F&Tea
Ingredients:
1.5 parts Fraser & Thompson North American Whiskey
4 parts iced tea
.5 parts citrus juice
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients in a tall glass over ice.
- Garnish with a lemon wheel.
