2025 St. Patrick's Day Cocktail Recipes

St. Patrick's Day is Monday, March 17, and we've collected some festive cocktails for your holiday menus.

Skrewball Shamrock & Roll Cocktail

Ingredients:

1.5 oz Skrewball Peanut Butter Whiskey  

.75 oz White Chocolate Liqueur

.75 oz Creme De Menthe

.5 oz Half and Half

Chocolate Syrup

Cocoa Powder

Directions: 

  1. Garnish the rim of your glass with chocolate syrup and cocoa powder. 
  2. Shake the rest of the ingredients in a shaker with ice. 
  3. Strain into your garnished glass.

Luck be a Clover

Ingredients:

1.5 oz Keeper's Heart Irish + American Whiskey

1.25 oz Midori

3/4 oz lemon juice

1 egg white (optional)

Garnish: Gold Powder

Directions: 

  1. Shake ingredients.
  2. Strain into coup.
  3. Garnish with gold powder.

Proper Green Tea Shots

Ingredients:

3 oz Proper No Twelve Irish Whiskey

3 oz Peach Schnapps

3 oz Sour Mix

Splash of Lemon Lime soda

Directions: 

  1. Pour all ingredients into a Boston Shaker filled with ice. 
  2. Shake and strain into 4 shot glasses.

The Dame’s Luck 

Ingredients:

2 oz Duke & Dame Whiskey 

1/2 oz cinnamon syrup 

1/4 oz velvet falernum 

8 oz Caffe Americano, freshly brewed (or dark-roast coffee)  

Directions:

  1. Add all ingredients into a large mug and stir. 
  2. Top with whipped cream.

Luck o' the Irish

1.5 oz Gunpowder Irish Gin

0.5 oz Green Chartreuse

0.5 oz Luxardo Maraschino Liqueur

0.5 oz  Lime Juice

3 oz Pineapple Juice

Dehydrated Lime Wheel (garnish)

Directions:

  1. Shake Gunpowder Irish gin, green Chartreuse, Luxardo Maraschino liqueur, lime juice, pineapple juice with ice.
  2. Strain into a coupe glass.
  3. Garnish with a dehydrated lime wheel.

Redbreast Irish Whiskey’s ‘Tree Top Sour’ 

Ingredients:
50ml Redbreast 12-Year-Old 20ml Fresh Lemon Juice 20ml 1:1 Sugar Syrup
15ml Egg White
2 Orange Bitters

Directions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a shaker and shake without ice for 5 seconds. 
  2. Then add ice and shake hard for 10 seconds. 
  3. Double strain into a chilled coupette glass and garnish with discarded lemon coin & grated nutmeg.

Bushwacker Shamrock Cream Cocktail

Ingredients:

3 oz Bushwacker Rum Cream

2 scoops mint chocolate chip ice cream

A few drops of green food coloring

Chocolate syrup (for garnish)

Directions:

  1. Blend Bushwacker Rum Cream, ice cream, and green food coloring until smooth.
  2. Drizzle chocolate syrup inside a glass for a festive swirl.
  3. Pour, top with whipped cream (optional)!

Basil Gimlet

Ingredients:

2 oz Empress 1908 Cucumber Lemon Gin

¾ oz Fresh Lime Juice

¾ oz Simple Syrup

5-6 Basil Leaves

Garnish: Cucumber Ribbon

Directions: 

 

  1. Add liquid ingredients and basil into a cocktail shaker and gently muddle to release aromatics. 

  2. Shaker over ice to chill and fine-strain into cocktail glass. 

  3. Garnish with cucumber ribbon on a cocktail pick!​

Big Apple Martini 

Ingredients:

1 oz Apple infused SKYY

1 oz Apple infused Bombay Sapphire

0.5 oz Clear Creek Apple Brandy

0.75 oz Dolin Blanc Vermouth

4 dashes Malic Acid Solution

Glass: Classic Martini

Garnish: Lemon Twist

Directions: 

  1. Throw the cocktail 6-7 times from tin to tin until chilled and diluted. 
  2. Finish with a lemon twist.
