2025 Winter Cocktail Recipes

Cherry Crush

Ingredients:

1.5 oz cherry infused bourbon & cognac

1.0 oz port

0.5 oz maple syrup

0.75 oz lemon juice

Directions: 

  1. Start by filling a cocktail shaker with ice.
  2. Pour in 1.5 oz of cherry-infused bourbon & cognac, 1 oz of port, 0.5 oz of maple syrup, and 0.75 oz of lemon juice.
  3. Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds to blend the flavors and chill the mixture.
  4. Strain the cocktail into a rocks glass over fresh ice.

Naughty Nog

Ingredients:

1.0 oz Hennessy VS

1.0 oz Rumchata (regular, coconut, or peppermint bark)

1.0 oz eggnog (homemade or store-bought, enhanced with vanilla, cinnamon & star anise if desired)

0.5 oz cinnamon agave*

3 dashes chocolate bitters

Directions: 

For the cinnamon agave:

  1. Combine 1 part hot water : 2 parts agave in a saucepan.
  2. Bring to a boil, stirring until blended.
  3. Add 5 cinnamon sticks, reduce to low heat, and simmer for 15 minutes.
  4. Once fragrant, remove from heat, strain, and cool.

For the cocktail:

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
  2. Add 1 oz Hennessy VS, 1 oz Rumchata, 1 oz eggnog, 0.5 oz cinnamon agave, and 3 dashes of chocolate bitters.
  3. Shake until well chilled, then strain into a glass of choice.
  4. Garnish with a pinch of Maldon salt and your favorite festive feature.

Grasshopper 2.0

Ingredients:

0.75 oz. Tempus Fugit crème de menthe (colored with green dye)

0.75 oz. Giffard crème de cacao

0.5 oz. Del Maguey ‘Vida’ mezcal

0.25 oz. Branca Menta

Barspoon of absinthe

1.25 oz. Heavy cream

Directions: 

  1. Shake and strain on crushed ice in a double rocks glass.
  2. Cap with more crushed ice.
  3. Garnish with grated dark chocolate, mint sprig & straw.

Reposado Gingerbread

Ingredients:

1.5 oz. Casamigos Reposado Tequila 

1 oz. Irish Cream Liqueur 

.5 oz. Ginger Syrup  

5 – 6 Dashes Bitters 

1 Pinch Cinnamon 

½ Rim Equal Parts Salt/Sugar/Pumpkin Spice 

Garnish Star Anise 

Directions:

  1. Wet ½ rim of glass with orange wedge or wheel and dip into salt mixture.
  2. Combine all ingredients into a tin shaker.
  3. Add ice, shake vigorously and strain into a coupe glass.
  4. Fill glass with fresh pebble/crushed ice, creating a dome-like top, and garnish.

Unión Ruby Wonderland

Ingredients: 
1 oz Mezcal Unión Uno 
1 oz Red Wine
6 Cloves
1 Star Anise
1 Orange
1 Lemon
Sugar

Directions: 

  1. Mix ingredients together.
  2. Pour into a hurricane glass.
  3. Garnish: Cloves, star anise, cinnamon stick, orange and lemon peel

Rosemary-tini

Ingredients:

2 1/4 oz Staple Gin

3/4 oz dry vermouth

1-2 dashes of orange bitters

splash of olive brine

1 sprig of fresh rosemary

Directions: 

  1. Muddle leaves from 1 sprig of fresh rosemary and a splash of olive brine at the bottom of a cocktail shaker.
  2. Add 2 1/4 oz Staple Gin, 3/4 oz dry vermouth, and 1-2 dashes of orange bitters.
  3. Add ice and stir to chill, then double strain into a chilled martini glass.
  4. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary and a lemon twist, and enjoy!

Kamora Old Fashioned 

Ingredients:

1 oz Kamora Coffee Liqueur

1 oz Douglas & Todd Bourbon Whiskey

¼ oz Trader Vic’s Chocolate Liqueur

Dash of cocoa bitters

Directions: 

  1. Combine all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled.
  2. Pour into a lowball glass with a large ice cube.
  3. Squeeze orange peel over the glass to extract oils.
  4. Garnish with orange peel and a dark chocolate piece.

Blood Orange Coconut Mocktail

Ingredients:

2 cups Natalie’s blood orange juice

2 tbsp coconut cream

1 cup coconut milk

1 cup ice

1 tbsp agave syrup

Shredded coconut, for rimming

Dehydrated blood orange, for garnish

Directions:

  1. Rim the glasses by dipping them in a little blood orange juice, then into shredded coconut.
  2. In a blender, combine the blood orange juice, coconut cream, coconut milk, ice, and agave syrup.
  3. Blend until smooth.
  4. Pour into the rimmed glasses and garnish with a dehydrated blood orange wheel.

Mash & Mallow S’mores Espresso Martini 

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz Mash & Mallow
  • 0.5 oz coffee liqueur
  • 2 oz hot espresso
  • 2 dashes coffee bitters 

Instructions

  1. Add Mash & Mallow, coffee liquor, hot espresso, bitters in a shaker
  2. Add three cubes of ice
  3. Shake vigorously until ice is melted entirely
  4. Double strain into a coupe glass
  5. Garnish with three coffee beans, serve a side of s’more

Winter in Dubai

Ingredients:
1/2 oz Monin® Pistachio Syrup
1/2 oz Monin® White Chocolate Syrup
4 oz Milk
Top With: 2 shots Espresso

Directions:

  1. Fill serving glass full of ice.2.Pour ingredients into serving glass in order listed.3.Add garnish and serveFill serving glass full of ice.
