Tuesday, March 25

1:00-1:30 pm: Tori Lubecki, Vegan Pulled "Pork"
Learn how to make this meatless recipe, which features roasted maitake mushrooms, charred vegetable slaw, remoulade & pickled stuff, micro amaranth & bulls blood microgreens.

1:45-2:15 pm: Kayla Robison, Filipino Fried Chicken Lollipops
These chicken lollipops will be paired with kare-kare sauce and a pickled papaya slaw.

2:30-3:00 pm: Aaron Fish, Miso Mac and Cheese
The ultimate comfort dish gets a remake with beet kimchi, micro wasabi, and furikake & garlic crunch.
3:15-3:45 pm: Future Stars of Culinary: Johnson & Wales Land O' Lakes Showdown
Three Johnson & Wales University culinary students battle it out for the tastiest use of Land O' Lakes cheese. Taste them all and help choose the winner!

4:00-4:30 pm: Brian Duffy, Duck Fat Fries
Take fries to the next level! This recipe features toasted mustard seed demi glace, cheese curd, queso bravo dip, pink peppercorn & popcorn shoots.

A duck twist on the traditional Cuban sandwich that features honey-rubbed duck breast, spiced confit duck, aged gouda, guajillo cran mostarda, pickled fennel & cucumbers.
