Caribbean Dream 
¾ oz. Captain Morgan Original Spiced Rum
½ oz. blackberry brandy
½ oz. crème de banana
2 oz. orange juice
½ oz. grenadine
Glass: rocks
Garnish: blackberry/cherry skewer

Combine all the ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake well. Strain into a Collins glass over fresh ice. Garnish with a blackberry/cherry skewer.

TropiNINI 
¾ oz. Smirnoff Citrus
½ oz. triple sec
½ oz. peach schnapps
1½ oz. pineapple juice
Glass: martini
Garnish: ¼ oz. grenadine and orange slice

Combine all the ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake well. Strain into a martini glass. Garnish with grenadine and orange slice.

Elé Punch
¾ oz. Captain Morgan White Rum
¾ oz. Smirnoff Amaretto
2 oz. tropical juice blend (orange juice, pineapple, guava)
2 dashes bitters
1 dash nutmeg
2 lime squeezes
Glass: tumbler
Garnish: pineapple wedge

Combine all the ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake well. Strain into a Collins glass over fresh ice. Garnish with a pineapple wedge.

Sam’s Afternoon Storm 
1½ oz. Captain Morgan Original Spiced Rum
Fill with ginger beer
Glass: rocks
Garnish:  lime wedge

Add Captain Morgan Original Spiced Rum to ice-filled rocks glass. Fill with ginger beer. Garnish with lime wedge.

Shooting Star 
1 oz. Crown Royal
1 oz. simple syrup
Dash of Scotch Bonnet hot sauce
Glass: shot
Garnish: flaming cinnamon dust

Combine all the ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake well. Strain into a shot glass. Garnish with flaming cinnamon dust.
