The results are in from the Final Round of the Best Frozen Cocktail contest! Three cocktails went head-to-head in the final bout, and one walked away with over 58% of the vote.

Recipe created by Lumina's Food & Beverage Director William Roberts, Surfside Beach Bar & Grill (located at Lumina on Wrightsville Beach, A Holiday Inn Resort in Wrightsville Beach, North Carolina)

Ingredients:

1 oz. Pineapple Vodka

½ oz. Coconut Rum

5 oz. Banana Puree

1½ C. Ice

½ oz. Blue Curacao

1 Pineapple Wedge

1 Cherry

Directions:

  1. Place Pineapple Vodka, Coconut Run, Banana Puree, and Ice in a blender; blend on high.
  2. Pour Blue Curacao into an imperial pint glass and top with the blended mix.
  3. Garnish with Pineapple Wedge and Cherry.
  4. Serve with a straw.
