1. Why are you exhibiting at Bar & Restaurant Expo?
- Brand Launch & Awareness – As a new tequila brand, this is an opportunity to introduce Rodeo de las Aguas Tequila to key industry professionals, bar owners, and restaurant operators.
- Industry Connections – The expo attracts top buyers, distributors, and decision-makers, allowing us to forge relationships that can help establish and expand our market presence.
- Retail & Distribution Growth – This event provides a strategic platform to engage with distributors and retail buyers, crucial for securing placements in key markets.
- Leveraging Our Brand Ambassadors – With vested brand ambassadors, Team USA Power Couple Tara Davis Woodhall and Hunter Woodhall, we have a compelling brand story that resonates with modern consumers. Their presence adds credibility and engagement opportunities at the expo.
2. What do you hope to gain from the Expo?
As a new ultra-premium tequila brand, Rodeo de las Aguas Tequila aims to leverage the Bar & Restaurant Expo to establish key industry relationships and accelerate market entry.
Our primary goals include:
- Brand Visibility & Awareness – Introducing Rodeo de las Aguas Tequila to industry leaders, on-premise buyers, and decision-makers in the bar and restaurant space.
- On-Premise & Distributor Partnerships – Engaging with potential distributor partners and high-end hospitality groups to drive placements in key markets.
3. What products/services will you be showing at the Expo?
Our award-winning Rodeo de las Aguas Tequilas.

4. What challenges do you see operators facing in 2025, and how can your product/service help them overcome these obstacles?
As we look toward 2025, bar and restaurant operators—especially those in the tequila industry—will face several key challenges:
- Potential Tariffs on Mexican Imports – With the possibility of new tariffs on tequila, cost fluctuations and supply chain disruptions could impact pricing and availability. While we will adapt as necessary to any government mandates, Rodeo de las Aguas Tequila is proactively exploring international distribution strategies to diversify risk and maintain price stability for operators.
- Supply Chain Volatility & Agave Pricing – The tequila industry has seen rising agave costs due to demand growth and climate-related agricultural shifts. Our strategic sourcing from diverse Jalisco terroirs allows us to maintain consistency in both quality and supply, helping operators secure a reliable, premium product.
- Shifting Consumer Preferences – Guests are increasingly seeking ultra-premium tequilas that align with authenticity and craftmanship.
- International Expansion & Diversification – As part of our long-term strategy, we are actively exploring direct exports of Rodeo de las Aguas Tequila from Mexico to high-potential markets such as the UK, Asia, and Spain, supporting global demand and reducing dependency on domestic market fluctuations.
5. What trends are you seeing in the bar and restaurant industry?
In 2025, we see several major trends shaping the bar and restaurant industry:
- Sustainability & Ethical Sourcing – Consumers are prioritizing eco-conscious spirits and brands that embrace sustainable farming, packaging, and production. Rodeo de las Aguas Tequila is committed to responsible agave cultivation and minimizing environmental impact, making it an ideal fit for sustainability-focused operators.
- Technology & AI in Hospitality – From AI-driven cocktail recommendations to automated inventory management, technology is transforming bar operations. Operators are integrating data analytics, smart pour systems, and digital menu enhancements to optimize efficiency and profitability.
- Ultra-Premium & Authentic Spirits – Consumers are seeking high-quality, craft-driven tequilas with transparency in production. Rodeo de las Aguas Tequila’s additive-free, terroir-focused approach meets this growing demand for authenticity and craftsmanship.
- Experiential & Immersive Drinking Experiences – Guests want more than just a drink—they seek elevated, storytelling-driven experiences. Whether it’s curated tequila tastings, cocktail pairings, or limited-edition releases, brands that engage customers through education and exclusivity will thrive.
- Luxury & Celebrity-Driven Spirits – Premiumization continues to drive the market, with high-end tequilas gaining traction. With Olympic and Paralympic gold medalists Tara Davis Woodhall and Hunter Woodhall as vested brand ambassadors, Rodeo de las Aguas Tequila offers operators a unique, celebrity-backed product with strong marketing potential.
