Velvet White Espresso Martini
Ingredients:
1.5 oz Disaronno Velvet Liqueur
0.75 oz Vodka
0.75 oz Tia Maria Cold Brew Coffee Liqueur
Garnish: 3 Espresso Martini
Directions:
- Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Shake and strain into a martini glass.
- Garnish with three espresso beans.
Kaua’i Sweetheart
Ingredients:
1 ½ oz. Kōloa Kaua’i White Rum
½ oz. Grenadine
2 oz. Guava nectar
2 oz. Lemon lime soda
Garnish: Cotton candy and conversation hearts
Directions:
Build in glass over ice.
Gently stir in lemon lime soda.
Garnish with cotton candy and conversation hearts.
Pink Negroni
Ingredients:
1 ½ oz Waterloo Gin Prickly Pear & Rose Gin
1 oz Pink vermouth (la fuerza mend primavera)
1 oz Lillet Rose
Grapefruit bitters
Grapefruit peel, to garnish
Directions:
- In a mixing glass add all ingredients with ice.
- Stir until chilled.
- Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice.
- Garnish with a grapefruit peel.
Kona Grill Chocolate-Covered Strawberry Cocktail
Ingredients:
3 full strawberries, sliced
0.5 simple syrup
1 oz Don Julio Blanco
2 oz Baileys Chocolate
Garnish: Skewered Heart-Shaped Strawberry
Directions:
- In a shaker with ice, add all ingredients
- Vigorously shake
- Fine strain into a chilled martini glass
- Garnish with a skewered heart-shaped strawberry
Grapefruit Love Potion Cocktail
Ingredients:
16 oz Natalie’s Grapefruit Juice
2 oz grenadine
6 oz vodka
1 tsp edible glitter
Ice
Fresh strawberries, for garnish
Grapefruit wedges, for garnish
Directions:
- Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Shake well until fully combined.
- Strain evenly into 4 cocktail glasses.
- Garnish each glass with a fresh strawberry and a small grapefruit wedge.
Fleur de Lis
Ingredients:
0.75 oz Bombay Gin
0.5 oz St. Germaine
0.25 oz Citric acid
4 oz Mio Sake
1 dash plum bitters
Directions:
- Add all ingredients into a tin shaker with ice.
- Stir, strain, and pour into a coupe glass.
- Garnish with edible glitter spray.
