Fuel Your Guests' Love Tales with Romantic Cocktails

The magical and romantic day in honor of St. Valentine is finally upon us. Whether people are celebrating in honor of love or spite, rest assured, they'll be looking for a place to let their hair down. Therefore, you should do everything in your power to pull them into your bar. Here we’ve put together a list of festive cocktails that will both satisfy the lovers and keep the haters cheerful this Valentine’s Day.

BLVSH Created by Mixologist John deBary 1 ½ oz. SKYY Infusions Vanilla Bean ½ oz. SKYY Infusions Moscato Grape ¾ oz. Lime Juice ½ oz. Simple Syrup ½ Cup Raspberries Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds. Pour into a coupe glass.

EPIC Crush Created by Stefanie Bundalo, 6 oz. Strawberry Soda 1 oz. EPIC Classic Vodka ½ oz. Orange Liquor Two Dashes of Bitters Ice Combine the soda, vodka, orange liquor, and bitters in a highball glass. Stir and add ice. Garnish with an orange wedge.

Cupid's Flower On the menu at C-House and C-View at the Affinia Chicago. ¾ ounce chilled Koval Rose Hip Liqueur ¾ ounce chilled Martin Ray Santa Barbara County Pinot Noir 3 ½ ounces Gruet Blanc de Noirs Sparkling In a shaker with ice, add Rose Hip Liqueur and Martin Ray Pinot Noir. Do not shake. Strain into a flute. Top with Gruet Blanc de Noirs. Garnish with long grapefruit twist inside glass.

Romeo and Juliet Created by Stephen Phillips 1 1/2 oz. Patron Silver tequila 1/2 oz. Grand Marnier 1/4 oz. cherry or Chambord raspberry liquor 2 oz. chilled peach juice 3 maraschino cherries, garnish Orange spiral, garnish Fill a cocktail shaker with ice; add tequila (or Absolut Apeach), Grand Marnier, cherry liquor and peach juice. Shake vigorously for 10 seconds and pour into a chilled fluted glass or large martini glass. Place orange spiral on the lip of the glass so it drapes down the side.

Camarena Kiss Courtesy of Camarena Silver Tequila. ½ oz. Camarena Silver Tequila ½ oz. blackberry brandy ½ oz. lime juice ½ oz. grenadine 2½ oz. brut Champagne Combine all liquids, except Champagne, in cocktail shaker with ice. Shake to blend and chill. Strain into chilled Champagne flute and top with brut Champagne.

Tongue Tied Created by SKYY Vodka 1 ½ oz. X-Rated Fusion Liqueur 1 ½ oz. SKYY Infusions Cherry Splash of Grenadine Shake X-Rated and SKYY Infusions Cherry over ice. Strain into a martini glass. Slowly add a dash of Grenadine so that it sinks to the bottom. Garnish with a cherry with a knotted stem.

The Heartbreaker Created by Avión 1 ½ oz. Avión Reposado ¾ oz. Black Peach Tea ¼ oz. White Peach Puree ¼ oz. Lemon Juice ¾ oz. Brown Sugar ¼ oz. Cranberry Juice 3 Blackberries 1 Blackberry and Lemon Wheel for garnish Muddle blackberries and brown sugar in shaker. Add all ingredients and shake. Double strain and pour into a glass over ice. Garnish with 1 blackberry and a lemon wheel.

Crème de Vanilla Created by Mixologist Franky Marshall 2 ½ oz. SKYY Infusions Vanilla Bean ½ oz. White Crème de Cacao ½ oz. Cold Brew Coffee ¾ oz. Half and Half Cream ½ oz. Cinnamon Simple Syrup Milk Chocolate Shavings 2 Vanilla Beans Pour all ingredients into a blender, and fill up 3/4 of the tin with ice. Blend on Medium-High for approximately 15 seconds. Pour into small snifter. Garnish with milk chocolate shavings and vanilla beans.
