It's Super Bowl Weekend...Baby!

Finally, the undeclared beer and unhealthy food holiday is upon us; it is Super Bowl Weekend! Unfortunately for me, Tom Brady could not get it done for the Patriots this year but I am still excited for some brews and a great game! Whether you are a fan of the Super Bowl contenders or not, today is a day to take advantage of.

While Super Bowl Sunday is known for being one of the biggest beer buying holidays of the year, most of the beer is purchased in cases for parties in living rooms. How can you compete and maximize your profits?

Throw your own Super Bowl Party! Create special Super Bowl themed cocktails (examples listed below) and a specialty food menu to get your spirited fans inside your bar. Offer discounted shots or beers for every touchdown scored. Don’t just sit there; you have to do something to get your customers off their couches and into your seats!

Super Bowl Sunday is always a day Americans look forward; so be sure to capitalize on this epic sports day. 

Denver Spritz Recipe by Jon Gasparini, Rye on the Road 1 oz. SKYY Infusions Blood Orange 1 oz Aperol 2 oz Prosecco 1 oz Mineral Water Combined all ingredients and serve cold with ice in an old fashioned glass.
Seahawk Super Sour Created by Midori 1 oz. Midori Melon Liqueur 2 oz. Sweet and Sour Mix 1 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice Combine and serve on the rocks in a Collins glass. Garnish with a lemon.
Lime of Scrimmage Created by Patron 2 oz Patrón Silver Tequila 2 oz Fresh  Lime-Lemon Sour 1 oz Cranberry sauce 1 oz Cranberry Juice 1/2 oz  Grenadine Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a rock glass. Garnish with Lime slices/ Dry cranberries
The Blitz Created by Ultimate Vodka 2 oz Ultimat Vodka 4 oz Fresh Lemonade 2 oz  Fresh Orange juice Splash of soda Build in a tall glass filled with ice Garnish with orange & lemon
