Labor Day is Monday, September 1, marking the unofficial end of summer. Sneak those last summery sips onto your menu with our collection of Labor Day recipes!
To get you started, here's a crowd-pleaser using Bulleit Bourbon:

Bulleit Old Fashioned
Ingredients:
1.3 oz Bulleit Bonded in Bond Whiskey
2 barspoons simple syrup
3 dashes aromatic bitters
Orange peel garnish
Directions:
- Add ingredients to a rocks glass with ice.
- Stir.
- Garnish with a lemon rind.

Endless Summer
Christina Maffei / Mixologist
Ingredients:
3/4 oz. Banana Rum
3/4 oz. Guava Rum
1/2 oz. Amaretto
1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée Carmelized Pineapple Concentrate, thawed
1 1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée Pink Guava Puree, thawed
Fresh mint
Prosecco
Directions:
- Combine ingredients, except Prosecco into a mixing glass with ice.
- Shake with a Boston Shaker and strain into hurricane glass.
- Top with Prosecco.
- Garnish with large pineapple wedge and mint spring, then serve.

Los Ultimos Cinco
Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz Don Julio Blanco
1/2 oz Lillet Blanc
1/3 oz Lime juice
5-6 Fresh Basil leaves
1 1/2 oz Fever Tree Elderflower Tonic
Directions:
- Muddled the Fresh Basil leaves in a Boston glass.
- Add rest of all the ingredients, except for the tonic water.
- Shake well and double strain into a Burgundy glass.
- Top up with elderflower tonic water.
- Garnish: lime and basil leaves.
Bourbon and Bubbles
Ingredients:
1 ½ ounce Angels Envy Bourbon Finished in Port Barrels
¾ ounce Luxardo limoncello
2 ounces club soda
Prosecco
Directions:
- Build in white wine glass.
- Add ice.
- Top with prosecco.
- Garnish with lemon wheel and a fresh sprig of mint.

Horseshoe Arch
Ingredients:
1.5 oz Arette Blanco
.75 oz Lime Juice
.5 oz Strawberry Syrup
.5 oz Ancho Reyes Verde
Garnish : Lime Wheel & Strawberry Top
Directions:
For the Strawberry Syrup:
- Blend and strain strawberries.
- Heat juice gently (50–60°C).
- Stir in equal parts sugar by weight until fully dissolved.
- Cool and store cold.
For the cocktail:
- Rim glass with a 50/50 blend of sumac and salt.
- Combine all ingredients in tin.
- Shake
- Strain over ice.

Off to See the Lizard Margarita
Ingredients:
1.5 oz. Tequila Margaritaville Gold
1 oz. Du Bouchette Melon
2 oz. Margaritaville Margarita Mix
Pour all the ingredients in a shaker and pour over ice in a Margarita glass. Garnish with a lime slice.
