To get you started, here's a crowd-pleaser using Bulleit Bourbon:

Bulleit Old Fashioned

Ingredients:

1.3 oz Bulleit Bonded in Bond Whiskey

2 barspoons simple syrup

3 dashes aromatic bitters

Orange peel garnish

Directions:

  1. Add ingredients to a rocks glass with ice.
  2. Stir.
  3. Garnish with a lemon rind.

Endless Summer

Christina Maffei / Mixologist

Ingredients:

3/4 oz. Banana Rum

3/4 oz. Guava Rum

1/2 oz. Amaretto

1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée Carmelized Pineapple Concentrate, thawed

1 1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée Pink Guava Puree, thawed

Fresh mint

Prosecco

Directions:

  1. Combine ingredients, except Prosecco into a mixing glass with ice.
  2. Shake with a Boston Shaker and strain into hurricane glass.
  3. Top with Prosecco.
  4. Garnish with large pineapple wedge and mint spring, then serve.

Los Ultimos Cinco

Ingredients:

1 1/2 oz Don Julio Blanco
1/2 oz Lillet Blanc
1/3 oz Lime juice 
5-6 Fresh Basil leaves
1 1/2 oz Fever Tree Elderflower Tonic

Directions:

  1. Muddled the Fresh Basil leaves in a Boston glass.
  2. Add rest of all the ingredients, except for the tonic water.
  3. Shake well and double strain into a Burgundy glass.
  4. Top up with elderflower tonic water.
  5. Garnish: lime and basil leaves.

Bourbon and Bubbles 

Ingredients:

1 ½ ounce Angels Envy Bourbon Finished in Port Barrels

¾ ounce Luxardo limoncello

2 ounces club soda

Prosecco  

Directions:

  1. Build in white wine glass.
  2. Add ice.
  3. Top with prosecco.
  4. Garnish with lemon wheel and a fresh sprig of mint.

Horseshoe Arch

Ingredients:
1.5 oz Arette Blanco
.75 oz Lime Juice
.5 oz Strawberry Syrup
.5 oz Ancho Reyes Verde
Garnish : Lime Wheel & Strawberry Top

Directions:

For the Strawberry Syrup:

  1. Blend and strain strawberries.
  2. Heat juice gently (50–60°C).
  3. Stir in equal parts sugar by weight until fully dissolved.
  4. Cool and store cold.

For the cocktail:

  1. Rim glass with a 50/50 blend of sumac and salt.
  2. Combine all ingredients in tin.
  3. Shake
  4. Strain over ice.

Off to See the Lizard Margarita

Ingredients:

1.5 oz. Tequila Margaritaville Gold

1 oz. Du Bouchette Melon

2 oz. Margaritaville Margarita Mix

Pour all the ingredients in a shaker and pour over ice in a Margarita glass. Garnish with a lime slice.
