According to Coherent Market Insights, the pumpkin spice market is forecast to be worth $2.2 billion by 2032, growing at a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 10.4% from 2025 to 2032.

Pumpkin Hot Toddy
Ingredients:
1.5 oz. Irish whiskey
2 oz. DaVinci Pumpkin Pie Sauce
¾ oz. Lemon juice
6 oz. Hot water
Directions:
- Combine all the ingredients in a small pot.
- Heat slowly while stirring to combine the ingredients.
- Strain into an Irish coffee glass.
- Garnish with clove-studded lemon wheel and a cinnamon stick.
Ichabod’s Ruin
Ingredients:
2oz Pumpkin Infused Bourbon
.75oz Lemon Juice
.75oz Aquafaba
.5oz Pumpkin Syrup
.25oz Orgeat Syrup
Directions:
- Combine and shake.
- Strain and dry shake.
- Pour into a coupe glass.
- Garnish with stenciled pumpkin spice blend.
Pumpkin Spice Espresso Martini
Ingredients:
1.5 Ketel One Vodka
.5 Coffee Liqueur
.75 Pumpkin Allspice Syrup
1 oz Coffee Concentrate
Garnish: Pumpkin Spice and Espresso Powder
Directions:
For the pumpkin allspice syrup:
- Boil 2 cups of water with 1 tbsp pumpkin spice on high for 5 - 7 minutes. Watch for any boil-up or overflow and stir while boiling. Reduce to a simmer for 5 minutes and remove from the stovetop.
- In a jar or bowl, measure out the reduced liquid, it will be less than 2 cups because of evaporation during the boiling process, then measure out the same quantity in sugar for a 1:1 ratio and add the sugar to the pumpkin spice liquid. Mix until dissolved and keep in the fridge for up to 3 weeks.
For the coffee concentrate:
- Mix 1 cup of cold brew or store purchased iced coffee with 1 tbsp instant espresso powder.
For the cocktail:
- Combine ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake vigorously for 7 -1 0 seconds.
- Strain up into a chilled martini glass and garnish half of the cocktail with pumpkin spice and espresso powder
Pumpkin Spice Lebowski
Ingredients:
2 parts Reyka Vodka
1 part Coffee Liqueur
1 part Heavy Cream
1/2 tsp. of Pumpkin Pie Spice
Garnish: Pumpkin pie spice dust
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice and shake.
- Serve on the rocks.
Pumpkin Spice
Ingredients:
1.5 oz. Casamigos Reposado Tequila
.5 oz. Almond Liqueur
1 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
.75 oz. Honey Syrup
2 Heaping Bar Spoons Organic Canned Pumpkin
1 Pinch Cinnamon
1 Pinch Nutmeg
Optional: 2 Dashes Orange Bitters
Garnish Dehydrated Half-Moon Orange Slice, 2 Charred Sage Leaves and Nutmeg
Directions:
For the honey syrup:
- Combine 2 parts honey to 1 part water in a small saucepan and bring to a medium heat.
- Stir until fully dissolved, then let cool.
- Once cool, pour syrup into a glass container with lid and keep at room temperature.
- Honey can keep for months due to its natural antibacterial properties.
For the cocktail:
- Combine all ingredients into a tin shaker.
- Add ice, shake vigorously and strain into a collins glass.
- Add fresh pebble/crushed ice, creating a dome-like top and garnish.
