Below you will find the recipes for the venue’s signature cocktails. If you’re considering new signature cocktails look to these unique, refreshing cocktail from the menu of Ling Ling Lounge within Hakkasan Las Vegas Nightclub for inspiration. Amongst the specialty cocktails featured at the nightclub, The Hakka and Ling Ling Sling are guest favorites.
The Chinese Mule
1.25 oz Ketel One vodka
1.25 oz Masumi Okuden sake
.50 oz ginger juice
.75 oz lemon juice
.50 oz cilantro syrup
Muddled cilantro leaves and stalks
Ginger beer
Lightly muddle large pinch of cilantro and cilantro simple syrup in mixing glass
Add ice and remaining ingredients except ginger beer into mixing glass
Shake well and dump into a tall glass
Top with 3 ounces of ginger beer and stir
Garnish with cilantro and lemon
The Hakka
1.25 oz Grey Goose Vodka
1.25 oz Masumi Okuden Sake
.50 oz Soho Lychee Liqueur
.50 oz. Passion Fruit Puree
2.50 oz Lychee Juice
.50 oz. Lime Juice
.75 oz. Coco Lopez
Squeeze the seeds and juice from one half fresh passionfruit into a tall iced bamboo style glass.
Add all ingredients to an ice filled Boston Shaker.
Shake and strain into prepared glass.
Garnish with a lychee on a pick.
Ling Ling Collins
2 Shiso leafs
3 Luxardo cherries - Muddle
15 ml lemon juice
10 ml elderflower syrup
25 ml grapefruit juice
25 ml cranberry juice
7.5 ml Chatreuse Yellow
50 ml Jinzu Gin
Glass: Hakkasan optic Collins glass
Garnish: Shiso leaf
Method: Shake and double strain over fresh ice cubes
Add cubed ice to the top.
Shake and double strain into the serving glass over Fresh ice
Top up with Soda water.
