With National Margarita Day on February 22, there's a chance for your bar/restaurant to spotlight the number-one on-premise cocktail. We've rounded up a collection of margarita recipes for you to feature on your cocktail menus this week and beyond.

Tommy’s Margarita
Ingredients:
2 parts Cantera Negra Silver Tequila
1 part Fresh lime juice
0.5 part Agave nectar
Blood orange slice for garnish
Directions:
- Add all ingredients to cocktail shaker filled with ice.
- Shake vigorously.
- Strain over ice in a half salt rimmed rocks glass.
- Garnish with blood orange slice.

Margarita Azul
Ingredients
45ml Partida Blanco
30ml Bols Blue Curacao
25ml Fresh lime juice
10ml Sugar syrup
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients in a shaker.
- Strain into a margarita glass.
- Garnish with a lime wedge.

Minty Strawberry Margarita
Ingredients:
2 oz Tres Agaves Organic 100% de Agave Tequila (Blanco or Reposado)
2 oz. Tres Agaves Organic Margarita Mix
3 Strawberries
6-7 Mint Leaves
Pinch of Salt
Directions:
- Rim a rocks glass with salt and set aside
- Combine all ingredients in a shaker and add ice
- Shake vigorously so ingredients are well blended and chilled
- Double strain into salted rocks glass over fresh ice
- Garnish and enjoy immediately

The Gilded Iguana Surf Hotel Margarita
Ingredients:
2 oz Arette Tequila
1 oz Lemon
1 oz Triple Sec
1 Lemon Slice
Garnish: Strawberry, orange, edible Flowers
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients into a shaker.
- Pour over ice.
- Add garnish.
Passionate Skrew Margarita
Ingredients:
2 ¼ parts Skrewball Peanut Butter Whiskey
½ parts Tequila
½ parts Fresh Lime Juice
1½ parts Passionfruit Puree
Directions:
- Rim a margarita glass with salt and Tajin.
- Shake all ingredients and pour into glass.
- Garnish with a lime.

DELEÓN DeSour Margarita
Ingredients:
1oz DELEÓN Reposado
1oz Fresh Lemon Juice
0.5oz Agave Nectar
0.5oz Red Wine Float
Garnish: Dehydrated orange
Directions:
- In a shaker, combine DELEÓN Reposado Tequila, lemon juice, and agave nectar.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake well until the mixture is chilled.
- Strain the mixture into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice.
- Carefully pour the red wine over the back of a spoon to float it on top of the cocktail.

Blueberry Lavender Margarita
Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz. silver tequila
1 oz. Monin Lavender Syrup
2 pump(s) Monin Blueberry Concentrated Flavor
1 1/2 oz. fresh lime juice
Garnish: Blueberries, salt rimmer, lime slice
Directions:
- Fill serving glass full of ice.
- Pour ingredients into mixing glass with 2/3 ice in order listed.
- Cap, shake and strain into serving glass with ice.
- Add garnish and serve.

Watermelon Margarita
Ingredients:
2 oz Pueblo Viejo Blanco tequila
1.5 oz Watermelon juice
1 oz Lime juice
0.5 oz Real Fruit Syrup Vanilla
0.25 oz Mint-Infused Aperol
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake well.
- Strain the cocktail into a large tumbler filled with cubed ice.
- Garnish with a watermelon cube on a pick, topped with a mint sprig.
- Serve with a short straw.

Off to See the Lizard Margarita
Ingredients:
1.5 oz. Tequila Margaritaville Gold
1 oz. Du Bouchette Melon
2 oz. Margaritaville Margarita Mix
Directions:
- Pour all the ingredients in a shaker and pour over ice in a margarita glass.
- Garnish with a lime slice.
