St. Patrick's Day Cocktail Recipes

St. Patrick's Day is one of the biggest bar holidays of the year, and while we all love ourselves some green beer, try to maximize profits by pushing some cocktails at your bar this year. You won't even need luck this St. Paddy's Day if you shake up some of these cocktails at your venue.

Roots Man Flip

2 oz. Appleton Estate Reserve
3 oz. Guinness Stout
1 oz. Rich Simple Syrup
1 Whole Egg
2 Vanilla Pods

Add all ingredients except for Guinness and shake for 30 seconds. Add ice and Guinness and shake for 10 seconds. Strain into a chilled glass and top with a pinch of cinnamon.

Minty Peach Martini

1½ oz. Van Gogh Cool Peach Vodka
½ oz. fresh lemon juice
1 tsp. agave nectar
8-10 mint leaves
Mint sprig, for garnish

Add ingredients to a mixing glass with ice and shake very well. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass, and garnish with a mint sprig.

Minty Peach Martini


Irish Buck

2 oz. Irish Mist Whiskey
2 oz. Ginger Ale
¼ oz. Fresh Lime Juice
Lime Wedge

Add the whiskey and lime juice to a Collins glass filled with ice. Top with ginger ale and garnish with a lime wheel.

Irish Iced Tea

1 Numi Decaf Ginger Lemon Tea
3 oz. fresh Cucumber Juice
1 ½ oz. Tequila
Splash of Lemon Juice

Infuse one tea bag in Tequila for thirty minutes, then remove bag, squeezing out excess. Combine and stir ingredients. Serve on the rocks. Garnish with Lime Wedge.

Dublin Dream

1 ½ oz. SKYY Vodka
1 ½ oz. Irish Mist
1 ½ oz. Carolans Irish Cream
1 oz. Chambord Liqueur
1 oz. Fresh Cream

Shake with ice and strain into chilled a Dublin glass. Garnish with a mint sprig.

Irish Knockout

1 oz. Espolon Blanco Tequila
½ oz. Carolans Irish Cream
½ oz. Orange Liqueur

Carefully layer each ingredient into a shot glass in the following order: orange liqueur, Espolon Tequila, Carolans Irish Crème. Serve with an orange wedge.

Irish Sparkle

1 oz. Midori Melon Liqueur
Sparkling Wine

Pour Midori into a flute and top with sparkling wine.

Irish Garden Variety

1½ oz. SKYY Infusions Blood Orange
3 Basil Leaves, muddled
1½ oz. Carrot Juice
1½ oz. Fresh Sour Mix
Top w/ Dash Angostura Bitters
Optional – ¼ oz. Domaine de Canton Ginger
1 basil leaf for garnish

Muddle basil in shaker. Combine rest of ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake vigorously. Strain into glass. Top with a dash of Angostura bitters, garnish and serve.

2 oz. Sobieski Bizon Grass Vodka
Apple juice

Pour Sobieski Bizon Grass vodka into a highball glass with ice. Add apple juice. Stir and serve.

2 oz. Cabo Wabo Blanco Tequila a
½ oz. Rose’s lime juice
Ginger alea
1 lemon wedge, for garnish

Pour Cabo Wabo Tequila and lime juice into a mixing glass half-filled with ice. Stir well and strain into a chilled Martini glass. Top with ginger ale and garnish with a lemon wedge.
