Thinking back to 1621, it truly is something to celebrate when two polar opposite groups of people from different worlds can come together to sit down at one table to feast. This symbolic dinner with greater meaning eventually became known as Thanksgiving.

More Than a Barrel Full O’ Turkeys
1 oz. Wild Turkey Spiced Shake and strain into cocktail glass. Garnish with orange spiral.

Cranberry Spice Cocktail 2 oz. Aperol In a cocktail shaker, muddle the orange wedge with 10 of the cranberries and the minced ginger. Add the Aperol, Lillet Blanc, bitters and ice. Shake well. Double-strain the drink into an ice-filled Collins glass and top off with the hard cider. Garnish with the 3 remaining cranberries and the slice of ginger skewered on a toothpick. |

Apple Spiced Martini 2 oz. SKYY Vodka Put all ingredients in shaker. Add ice and shake. Strain through Hawthorn shaker into chilled coupe glass garnished with apple. |

Après Ski 2 oz. SKYY Infusions Blood Orange Combine ingredients in a snifter glass. Sprinkle with nutmeg and garnish with a cinnamon stick. |

Hot Wattle 1 oz. Wild Turkey 81 Bourbon Add all to pot and bring to simmer. Remove tea bag after 5 minutes. Serve hot in punch glasses and garnish with orange peel, cinnamon stick and clove star anise. |

Autumn Apple 1 oz. Avión Reposado Combine all ingredients in shaker, shake vigorously. Fine strain over fresh ice. Garnish with cinnamon stick or apple slice. |

Caramel Ginger Crisp 2 oz. Van Gogh Dutch Caramel Vodka Shake the Van Gogh Dutch Caramel Vodka and ginger and put it in a Martini glass rimmed with chocolate covered pretzels. (To rim the glass, use simple syrup on the edge. Take a handful of chocolate-covered pretzels and put them in a plastic baggie, smash it with a hammer, then dipped the glass in it.) |

The Maple Man 1.5 oz. Hennessy V.S Add all ingredients to a shaker tin with ice, shake until well chilled. Strain the cocktail into a rocks glass with fresh ice and garnish with an orange twist |

Rusty Apple Toddy 3 oz. apple juice Heat the apple juice. Next, pour DRAMBUIE into a teacup or handled latte glass, then add heated apple juice and squeeze in the juice of the 1 lemon wedge. Garnish with a fresh cinnamon stick. |
