We have a winner of the third annual Cocktail Most Likely to Go Viral contest!
Our final match-up was a three-way battle between Missionary's Downbad, Bourbon Noir, and Flashy Ways. After running away with 48% of the vote, this year's winner is an indulgent recipe.
Congratulations to the 2025 Cocktail Most Likely to Go Viral...
Bourbon Noir
Recipe by Mandall Lewis, Bar Manager/Cocktail Creator, Revel and Roll West, Michigan
Ingredients:
.5 oz Bourbon
Squeeze of Simple Syrup
1 oz Dorda Chocolate Liquor
2 Dashes of Chocolate Bitters
Chocolate and Caramel sauce rim with a Chocolate dust rim
Directions:
- Rim glass with chocolate and caramel sauce and a chocolate dust rim.
- Shake all ingredients and strain into glass.
- Garnish with Pirouline stick.
This year's winning cocktail was created by Mandall Lewis, bar manager/cocktail creator for Revel and Roll West, an entertainment hub in Kalamazoo, Michigan featuring activities like bowling lanes, axe throwing, laser tag, arcade games, and a full bar!
Mandall has been in F&B for two-and-a-half decades, and he is also an actor and former firefighter!
