Empress & Tonic
Ingredients:
2 oz Empress 1908 Gin
3 oz Premium Tonic Water
1 Grapefruit Slide
Directions:
Build on ice in a rocks glass. Garnish with a grapefruit slice.

Spanish Pear G&T
Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz. Citadelle Gin
1 1/2 oz. St. George Spiced Pear Liqueur
3/4 oz. The Perfect Purée Pear Puree, thawed
1/2 oz. fresh lemon juice
Directions:
Shaken, double rocks. Top off with Fever Tree tonic water. Garnish with sage, junipers and cherries.

Supersonic Gin & Tonic
Ingredients:
2 parts Hendrick’s Gin
1 bar spoon Simple Syrup
1 part Fresh Espresso (left to go cold)
2 parts Premium Tonic Water
Cucumber to garnish
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a highball glass filled with cubed ice and lightly stir. Garnish with 3 thinly sliced rounds of cucumber and serve.

Blackberry Sage Gin & Tonic
Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz. Hendricks Gin
1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée Blackberry Puree, thawed
1 oz. sage syrup
Splash of fresh lemon juice
Splash of tonic
One blackberry and one sage leaf on a skewer
Directions:
Build ingredients in a pounder glass and strain into a single rocks glass. Garnish with berry-sage skewer.
