Vanilla Bean Old Fashioned
Ingredients:
2 parts Monkey Shoulder
1 tsp vanilla simple syrup
1 shake angostura bitters
1 or 2 maraschino cherries
Directions:
- Combine ice and ingredients in mixing glass
- Stir for 15 seconds
- Strain over fresh ice in DOF/Rocks glass
- Garnish with orange peel

North Star
Ingredients:
1 ½ oz Duke & Dame
1/2 oz Amaretto
2 oz Pressed Apple Juice
2 Dashes of Grated Nutmeg
2 Dashes of Cinnamon
Star Anise (Garnish)
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients in shaker tin
- Shake with ice until well chilled
- Strain into chilled coupe glass
- Garnish with star anise

Glendalough Very Old Fashioned
Ingredients:
2 oz. Glendalough Double Barrel Whiskey
⅓ oz. Simple syrup
2 dashes of Bitters
Fresh Orange Peel
Directions:
- Add all the ingredients to a tumbler
- Stir
- Add ice and stir again
- Garnish with a twisted orange peel

Mellow and Merry Mule
Ingredients:
1.5 oz Four Roses Small Batch
2 oz cranberry juice
4 oz ginger beer
Splash of lime juice
Cranberries for garnish
Sprig of rosemary for garnish
Directions:
- Fill a glass with ice
- Add all liquid ingredients
- Garnish with a sprig of rosemary and fresh cranberries

Ingredients:
2 oz Freeland Bourbon Reese’s Puffs infused Cask Bourbon
1⁄2 oz toasted marshmallow simple syrup
3-4 dashes smoked vanilla bitters
3-4 dashes Amargo Chuncho bitters
Directions:
- Add all ingredients to a mixing glass
- Add ice and stir for 30-40 seconds
- Strain into a rocks glass over a large cube
- Garnish with mini Reese's cup and mini marshmallows

Holiday Jams
Ingredients:
1.75 oz Uncle Nearest Straight Rye Whiskey
0.5 oz. Sorrel Hibiscus Liqueur
1 bar spoon Apricot jam
3 dashes Aromatic bitters
Orange peel for garnish
Directions: Build all ingredients in a cocktail mixing glass and mix with a cocktail spoon until the jam is incorporated. Add ice and stir cold for 20 seconds. Fine stain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube. Garnish with an orange swift.
