Guava Paloma

Ingredients:

2 oz Bandero Blanco Tequila
0.75 oz Finest Call Single Pressed Lime Juice 
0.75 oz Reàl Guava Puree
Fever Tree Pink Grapefruit Soda

Directions:

Shake all ingredients except Fever Tree. Strain into a highball glass with cubed ice. Fill with Fever Tree. Garnish with a lime.

Citrus Cooler

Ingredients:

2 oz Safi Artisanal Vodka 
0.5 oz Finest Call Single Pressed Lemon Juice 
0.5 oz Reàl Pineapple Puree
1 oz Natalie's Tangerine Juice
Fever Tree Club Soda

Directions:

Shake all ingredients except Fever Tree. Strain into a highball glass with cubed ice. Fill with Fever Tree. Garnish with a mint sprig.

Ghost of the Past

Ingredients: 
2 oz Ghostwood Premium 4 Grain Blended Bourbon Whiskey
0.75 oz Martini & Rossi Sweet Vermouth
0.25 oz Benedictine Liqueur
Barspoon Liber & Co. Fig Syrup
1 dash Hella Mexican Chocolate Bitters

Directions:

Build in a coupe or martini glass. Stir to combine. Garnish with an orange twist and atomized Branca Menta.

Basi-Café 

Ingredients:
1 oz Safi Artisanal Vodka 
1 oz Bandero Café Tequila
0.5 oz La Colombe Espresso Concentrate
0.25 oz Reàl Pumpkin Puree
0.25 oz Half & Half

Directions:

Shake all ingredients. Fine strain into a coupe or martini glass. Garnish with shaved cinnamon.
