This week we chatted with Bandero Tequila, a premium tequila that uses only the finest Blue Weber Agave, matured for six years in the red clay soil of Jalisco's Los Altos Highlands.
1. Why are you exhibiting at Bar & Restaurant Expo?
Bandero Tequila is exhibiting at the Bar & Restaurant Expo to showcase our award-winning, additive-free tequila. We hope to share sips of Los Altos sunshine with Bandero Tequila to our fellow industry professionals and friends.
What do you hope to gain from the Expo?
We hope to gain new partners, friends, and ambassadors of Bandero Tequila.
What products/services will you be showing at the Expo?
We will be showcasing the additive-free, small batch Bandero Tequila Blanco, and our latest edition, the award-winning Bandero Tequila Café.
What challenges do you see operators facing in 2025, and how can your product/service help them overcome these obstacles?
The industry is one of constant change and adaptability. Bandero Tequila offers a way to elevate programs and consumer experiences, and create new ways for guests to enjoy themselves while buyers can increase margin. Bandero is dedicated to being an asset to our partners and finding unique ways to help affect positive change in business when implemented.
What trends are you seeing in the bar and restaurant industry?
With tequila on track to outpace vodka in national sales, we expect the tequila cocktail to take on many new variations and twists to old classics. The espresso martini is certainly one to mention, along with the carajillo. We see the consumer is tending to lean towards well balanced, clean cocktails.
