Your Guide to Day 3 of Bar & Restaurant Expo

The third day of Bar & Restaurant Expo, Wednesday, March 26, is packed! Start the day with a keynote by Dale DeGroff, visit the two floors of the Expo Hall, check out the USBG Shake It Up Flair competition, hear David Kaplan's presentation on crowdfunding or sit in another education session, and more!

Dale DeGroff, King Cocktail himself, will open day three of Bar & Restaurant Expo with a keynote titled, "Beyond the Glass - Exploring Unexpected Directions in Beverage Innovation," on the Main Stage from 11-11:45 am. The discussion will dive into strategies that go beyond traditional beverage programs. Leave with actionable insights on how to maximize impact, optimize efficiency, and differentiate in a competitive market.

 

Expo Hall

The Expo Hall reopens on Wednesday, and it is spread out across two floors with over 500 brands exhibiting. Visit the Cocktail Clubhouse, the Food & Beverage Innovation Center, and more!

Cocktail Clubhouse: The Cocktail Clubhouse returns with an all-new cocktail menu and Alto-Shaam equipment on display.

Food & Beverage Innovation Center (FBIC): Check out the FBIC for an all-new lineup of chef demos and recipes, Middleby electric kitchen equipment, and the Fry Bar and Pizza Zone.

World Tea Expo: Don't forget, all Bar & Restaurant Expo attendees with Expo Hall passes also have access to World Tea Expo on the second floor of the hall. 

 

Spotlight Stage

Located on the second floor of the Expo Hall, the Spotlight Stage will feature half-hour content sessions on everything from culture to crowdfunding. 

Don't miss David Kaplan's session, "Beyond the Bank: Crowdfunding Lightning Round," from 12:30 pm - 12:55 pm. He'll dive into equity crowdfunding, private placements, and developer-backed deals, showing how these tools can work together to build a capital stack that maximizes growth while minimizing risk. 

IFMA The Food Away from Home Association will also be presenting "The Consumers' Impact on 2025 Food Away from Home Industry Forecast" from 1:00-1:25 pm. They'll discuss how a new President, a cautious consumer, and an unsteady economy all could have an impact on operator spending in 2025. 

The USBG Shake It Up Flair competition will also be hosted on this stage!

 

Conference Program

Our conference program finishes on day three with two groups of sessions running from 1-2:45 pm. All conference sessions are open to attendees with a Deluxe Pass or Conference Pass

Under 30s Meet-Up: If you're just starting your career, join us from 2:00-3:00 pm in the Cocktail Clubhouse for a meet-up! Hosted by Art Sutley and featuring members of our Advisory Board, connect with fellow young professionals and industry leaders who "get it."

The Studio at Hakkasan: The show may be over, but the fun isn't! Join us at Hakkasan Nightclub in the MGM Grand Hotel & Casino from 10:30-1:00 am. Attendees will receive complimentary admission when they show their badge at the door.
