The first day of the 2025 Bar & Restaurant Expo is all about education and networking!
Monday, March 24 will feature an expanded conference program that kicks off with workshops at 9 am. The day ends with networking events and parties.

Here's a rundown of the day's schedule.
Workshops
Starting at 9 am and running until 12 pm, six workshops will be running concurrently. These workshops are only available to attendees with a Deluxe Pass.

Conference Sessions
Conference sessions kick off at 1 pm and run through the afternoon. All conference sessions are open to attendees with a Deluxe Pass or Conference Pass.

Go behind the scenes with offsite trainings and tours! These special experiences must be added on separately to your registration.
Our offsite tours at Wynn & Tao are sold out, but "Mastering Hospitality Marketing: Inside Wynn Nightlife’s Playbook" at Intrigue Nightclub inside the Wynn Las Vegas is still available.
Two offsite Mixology Trainings at Southern Glazers Wine & Spirits are also still available:

Networking & Parties
After hitting the books, it's time to hit the dance floor!
Our Welcome Kickoff Party held at the AZILO pool in Sahara Las Vegas is open to all registered attendees! It kicks off at 6 pm and features complimentary beverages from our sponsors, networking, and a chance to kick back!
If you're up for even more, check out our Industry Afterparty at XS Nightclub in the Wynn from 9-11 pm, which features complimentary drinks from sponsors and DJ entertainment. Afterparties are included with a Deluxe Pass, Expo Plus Pass, or they can be added separately.
