The Expo Hall opens on the second day of the 2025 Bar & Restaurant Expo, Tuesday, March 25. The second day also features our opening keynote by Will Guidara, a full conference program, an industry afterparty, our awards ceremony, and more!
Ribbon Cutting
A ribbon-cutting ceremony with Olympic long jump gold medalist Tara Davis-Woodhall and Paralympic sprinting gold medalist Hunter Woodhall, representing Rodeo de las Aguas Tequila, will open the Expo Hall.
Keynote
Will Guidara will be giving the opening keynote at 9:10 am at the Main Stage. In his keynote, "Unreasonable Hospitality – Pursuing Perfection in F&B," he will discuss his own journey as well as team culture, guest experience, and scaling hospitality with heart. This keynote is included in all passes!
Awards
Join us at 10 am at the Main Stage for a ceremony in which we announce the winners of the Industry Excellence Awards, the Supplier Awards, and the Industry Impact Award. Phil Wills will be hosting, and this ceremony is included in all passes!
Raise the Bar General Session
At 10:45 am on the Main Stage, join industry experts Art Sutley, Phil Wills, Mia Mastroianni, and a special celebrity guest for an engaging and dynamic session on empowerment in the hospitality industry. This panel will explore how to empower your staff, management, and ownership to foster growth, success, and a positive work culture—both inside and outside the four walls of your business. You don't need a conference pass for this general session—it's open to all badged attendees!
Expo Hall
The Expo Hall, which is spread out across two floors this year, will feature over 500 brands exhibiting, the Cocktail Clubhouse, the Food & Beverage Innovation Center, and more!
Cocktail Clubhouse: The Cocktail Clubhouse returns with an all-new cocktail menu and Alto-Shaam equipment on display.
Food & Beverage Innovation Center (FBIC): Check out the FBIC for an all-new lineup of chef demos and recipes over two days! Middleby, the official Kitchen Equipment Showcase sponsor, will also be displaying its electric kitchen equipment. Attendees can also visit the Fry Bar and Pizza Zone.
Spotlight Stage: Located on the second floor of the Expo Hall, the Spotlight Stage will feature half-hour content sessions on everything from culture to crowdfunding. The USBG Shake It Up competition will also be hosted on this stage!

Industry Afterparty: Our second industry afterparty takes place at OMNIA in Caesars Palace from 9-11 pm. The event features complimentary drinks from sponsors and DJ entertainment. Afterparties are included with a Deluxe Pass, Expo Plus Pass, or they can be added separately.
