The All American
1 oz. Dickel #12
½ oz. Amaretto
½ Dash of sugar syrup
2 oz. Fresh sqeeze of orange luice
2 oz. apple cider
Shake with ice and serve in a sugar rimmed rocks glass with an Apple Slice as garnish
Bourbon Smash
1 ½ oz. Bulleit Rye
¾ oz. lemon juice
1 oz. Sugar syrup
5 sprigs of mint
Shake ingredients together with ice, strain them into an ice filled rocks glass and garnish with sprigs of mint and a lemon wedge.
BLT (Bulleit lemon & Tonic)
1.5 oz. Bulleit Bourbon
Fresh squeeze of lemon
3 oz. tonic.
Built in a tall glass over ice with a lemon wedge garnish.
Tall & Dark
1 ½ oz. Dickel Rye
3 dashes of bitters
3 oz. Ginger beer
Built over ice and stirred. Garnished lemon twists.
Special Op
1 oz. Dickel #12
½ oz. crème de cacao
Chilled and served.
