Packy’s Irish Coffee

1½ oz. Bushmills Original Irish Whiskey
4 oz. hot coffee
1 bar spoon brown sugar
1 oz. whipped cream
GLASS: Irish coffee mug

Scoop brown sugar into Irish coffee mug. Pour hot coffee on top. Stir. Pour Bushmills Original Irish Whiskey into mug. Float cream on top by pouring over the back of a spoon.

Auld Fashioned

1½ oz. Bushmills Black Bush Irish Whiskey
½ oz. simple syrup
2 dashes orange bitters
GLASS: rocks
GARNISH: orange twist

Stir. Strain into rocks glass over fresh ice. Garnish with orange twist.

Clondalkin Snug

3 oz. Guinness
3 oz. sparkling wine
GLASS: champagne flute

Pour Guinness into flute. Top with sparkling wine over bar spoon. 

The Ha’ Penny Bridge

1 oz. Smirnoff
½ oz. melon liqueur
2 oz. pineapple juice
2 oz. orange juice
GLASS: Collins
GARNISH: orange quarter moon

Combine all ingredients in mixing glass. Shake and strain over fresh ice in tall Collins glass. Garnish with orange.

1½ oz. Bushmills Black Bush Irish Whiskey
4 oz. ginger beer
GARNISH: lime wedge
GLASS: Collins

Add Bushmills Black Bush Irish Whiskey to an ice-filled Collins glass. Top with ginger beer. Garnish with lime wedge.
