Counter's Old Fashioned

1.33 oz. Bulleit Rye
0.25 oz. simple syrup
2 dashes bitters
Garnish: orange peel
Glass: rocks

In a mixing glass, combine all the ingredients. Add ice and stir. Strain into rocks glass over ice sphere. Garnish with an orange peel.

Clear Collins

1.25 oz. Tanqueray London Dry Gin
1 oz. lemon juice
.75 oz. simple syrup
Splash of soda
Garnish: orange slice and cherry
Glass: Collins

In mixing glass, add Tanqueray London Dry, lemon juice and simple syrup. Add ice and shake well. Strain into a collins glass filled with fresh ice spear. Top with a splash of club soda. Garnish with cherry and orange slice.

3-4 mint leaves
Top with ginger ale
Garnish: mint

Build over crushed ice in tall green glass. Top with ginger ale and bitters. Garnish with mint.

5 oz. ruby red grapefruit juice
Garnish: grapefruit salt and grapefruit quarter wheel
Glass: tall soda glass

Build in tall rimmed soda glass filled with ice spear. Garnish with grapefruit quarter wheel.
