Cucumber Yuzu Cooler
Created by H. Joseph Ehrmann of Elixir, San Francisco.
2 ounces Square One Cucumber
2 ounces Beverage Artistry Yuzu Luxe Sour
1 ounce soda water
Put Yuzu Luxe Sour and Square One in a cocktail shaker and shake hard for 10 seconds. Strain over fresh ice in a tall glass and top with soda. Give it a light stir and serve with a straw and a cucumber slice. For a variation, try the same recipe with the Beverage Artistry Mojito or Classic Sweet and Sour.
VeeV Treetini (aka a strained Eco-Mojito)

2 ounces VeeV Açaí Spirit
¾ ounce agave nectar
4 lime wedges
6 mint leaves
Club soda
Tear and slap mint leaves to release oils and drop into a cocktail shaker. Shake all ingredients well and strain into a chilled Martini glass. Top with club soda, stir and garnish as desired.
Provencal

1 ¼ ounces Rain Organics Lavender Lemonade Vodka
1 ounce lemon juice (juice from ½ lemon)
¾ ounce of rosemary infused simple syrup
1 ounce egg white (whites from one egg)
Fresh thyme sprig
In an ice-filled pint glass, pour vodka, lemon juice and rosemary simple syrup, then top with egg white. Shake very vigorously to froth egg white — about 20 seconds. Strain contents into a Martini glass. Lay fresh thyme across the froth.
Tallgrass Tea

3 parts Prairie Organic Vodka
4 parts green tea
1 tablespoon sugar
2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice
Shake over ice and strain into a sugar-rimmed Martini glass.
Botanical Punch

2 ounces Square One Botanical
1 ounce Pimm's #1
½ ounce fresh lemon juice
½ ounce agave nectar
2 strawberries
2 slices cucumber
2 sprigs of mint
Ginger ale or ginger beer
Muddle 1 strawberry, 1 mint sprig and 2 cucumber slices in a cocktail shaker. Add other ingredients (except ginger beer) and shake with ice. Strain into a Collins glass filled with ice. Top with ginger ale/beer. Garnish with mint, strawberry and cucumber wheel.
The Pina of the Earth

1 ½ ounces Flor de Cana 7 yr old Rum
2 ounces Vita-Coco Passionfruit Coconut Water
1 ounce pineapple juice
½ ounce simple syrup
Shake all ingredients very well with ice and strain over crushed ice into Hurricane glass.
Garnish with a pineapple slice and leaf.
