Nightclub & Bar Magazine once again sponsors The Professional Series at Tales of the Cocktail. Known as “The Most Spirited Event of the Summer,” the cocktail and culinary festival hits New Orleans July 21 – 25 at the Hotel Monteleone.
The Professional Series is a daylong program of seminars designed for bartenders, mixologists, bar owners and operators and cocktail professionals, which takes place on July 21. The series is designed specifically for bar industry professionals, addressing important issues such as cocktail trends, training, technique, operations and business practices.
Donna Hood Crecca, publisher and editorial director of Nightclub & Bar Magazine, says these seminars cater to the interests and convey the needs of bar professionals. “This series was developed with input from the bar community, so the topics and speakers are really relevant for today’s professional operating a bar or cocktail lounge,” she explains. “As in years past, the Pro Series will undoubtedly attract both established and up-and-coming bar professionals, who will learn and network in this intensive series.”
Additionally, the series will cover topics ranging from media skills and creative cocktail development processes to working the room effectively and efficiently on a busy night, with seminars presented by top industry cocktail professionals including Tobin Ellis, Eben Freeman, Kathy Casey, Philip Duff, Angus Winchester, Audrey Saunders, Chad Solomon and Christy Pope.
