In the world of drinks, it’s impossible to keep up, especially when your nights are spent making cocktails and your days are given to working on perfecting your skills, researching drink recipes and hustling to keep on top of your trade.
That’s where we come in: NCB Mix, Nightclub & Bar magazine’s new biweekly (that’s every other week to you barbacks) e-mail newsletter, is designed to bring bartenders the latest in mixology news, trends and techniques, fill you in on what’s going on across the country and around the corner, and bring your community a little closer to the movers and (pardon the expression) shakers in the cocktail business.
I’ve spent most of my adult life working in or around restaurants and bars (and by “around,” I am not referring to anything like that restraining order rumor you may have heard), and am excited to be part of this endeavor.
