Hennessy Black
Hennessy Black, a Cognac introduced in select cities in 2009, is now available nationwide. Hennessy Black is marketed to young, hip consumers with the aim of being the main ingredient in many mixed drinks. It’s a versatile blend of 35 to 45 pale- and gold-colored eaux-de-vie, aged in French oak barrels for at least five years. The Cognac is lighter, with jasmine, daffodil and orange flower scents as well as hints of citrus, honey and grape, which give it a smooth balance and finish. www.HennessyBlack.com.
