Blackheart Premium Spiced Rum, named for the “sultry seductress of the high seas,” is now available from Heaven Hill Distilleries. The 93-proof spiced rum will be marketed to appeal to a new generation of rum drinkers through the bottle, label art and marketing. Brand support consists of on- and off-premise point-of-sale materials, the brand’s web site and social media activities using the brand tagline “Seduction in a Bottle.” Blackheart is available nationally in 750 ml and 50 ml sizes.

Deschutes Brewery’s Jubel 2010

Beginning in February, the Jubel 2010 Reserve Series from Deschutes Brewery is available. The 11 percent ABV “Super Jubel” was created when a burglar dropped a keg of Jubelale outside to freeze in the winter’s sub-zero temperatures; when it was discovered, more than half the liquid had frozen and the remaining beer was very cold and highly concentrated. It is available on tap and in bottles in the 14 states were Deschutes is sold.

Assure-Alert ID Verification

AssureTec West presents Assure-Alert, an ID verification system that provides automated, real-time, security feature analysis and authentication of more than 2,000 kinds of identification documents including passports, visas, driver’s licenses, military IDs and alien registration cards.
