Cooper Spirits Company’s Crème Yvette Liqueur
The Cooper Spirits Company is re-introducing the original violet liqueur, Crème Yvette. Its rich berry flavors and subtle botanical undertones can be enjoyed in many classic cocktails and after-dinner drinks. Crème Yvette is an amalgamation of four berry fruits and is blended with dried violet petals, orange peels and honey. It’s currently available in limited quantity in New York and California, and also will be available in Illinois, Massachusetts and Washington, D.C., in late spring.

Deschutes Brewery Cascadian Dark Ale
Deschutes Brewery’s Bond Street Series introduces the Hop in the Dark Cascadian Dark Ale, a new style of Pacific Northwest ale known as Black I.P.A. Hop in the Dark combines prominent Northwest hops with roasted malts to create a black-tinted pale ale. Its subtle coffee undertones are born from a blend of oats with dark Munich and crystal malts, and the cascade, amarillo, citra and centennial hops give it an undercurrent of complex velvet malt flavors.
