El Grado Tequila

Three classic styles of El Grado Tequila are now available. Hand-bottled straight from distillation, El Grado Blanco has an aroma of mint, hints of fruit and pineapple with traces of black pepper. Resting in Tennessee whiskey barrels for six months creates the taste of El Grado Reposado, which adds vanilla and caramel fragrances. Finally, aged for a minimum of 15 months, El Grado Añejo has flavors of honey, butter and caramel with hints of fruit.

2006 Valley of the Moon Cuvée de la Luna

Cuvée de la Luna, Valley of the Moon Winery’s Cabernet Sauvignon-based, Bordeaux-inspired wine, is a “best of the vintage” red without the constraints of varietal labeling (which requires at least 75 percent of the named grape variety). The 2006 Cuvée de la Luna uses an unusually large percentage of Merlot in the Cabernet blend, as well as small amounts of Malbec, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot. About 3,500 cases of the blend were produced.
