New Products, Ideas, Momentum for NASFT Winter Fancy Food Show

At the 35th Winter Fancy Food Show from the National Association for the Specialty Food Trade, food buyers will see the hottest trends in specialty foods and beverages from across the U.S. and around the world. The show will take place January 17 – 19, 2010 at the Moscone Center in San Francisco. The exhibit halls will be filled with 1,400 exhibitors representing more than 35 countries featuring the world’s finest foods and beverages, including cheese, olive oil, spices, sauces, chocolate, and ethnic specialties. The “lifestyle” category is a growing segment, with more healthful, vegan and allergen-free items than ever before on display. Natural and organic products continue to dominate the exhibit floor with 600+ companies featuring items in these categories.
