Monin Pure Cane Syrup is a simple syrup that can be used for any application, from sweetening lemonades to creating a Margarita mix. Monin Agave Nectar Syrup is sweeter than sugar and ideal for fresh sour mix and foam garnishes. Monin Honey Sweetener is made with natural honey and no added sweeteners; it dissolves instantly and works well in an Old Fashioned or Apricot Sour. The products are flash-pasteurized and Kosher-certified with no GMOs, gluten or dairy.

Pernod Absinthe’s New Look
After its reintroduction to the U.S. market in 2008, Pernod Aux Plantes d’Absinthe Superieure (“Creator Of Absinthe In 1805”) is unveiling an enhanced label design that more clearly differentiates the brand from Pernod Anise. The new label is easier to read and more in line with absinthe category packaging. Pernod also is offering six-pack shipper configurations, making it easier and more cost-efficient for on-premise accounts to add Pernod’s absinthe to the back bar.

2007 Lake Sonoma Zinfandel
The 2007 Lake Sonoma Dry Creek Valley Zinfandel displays heady aromas of raspberry and blueberry, complemented by mint and eucalyptus notes. Fresh raspberry and strawberry flavors are accented by a dash of mint and white pepper. This claret-style Zinfandel’s palate stays smooth through a long, balanced finish. Only 4,000 cases of the 2007 Lake Sonoma Winery Dry Creek Valley Zinfandel were produced.
