Oxley Gin
Oxley gin uses a cold distillation process to preserve the natural essences of its ingredients, as boiling can cause botanicals to lose some flavors and aromas. Oxley is bottled by hand at 47 percent ABV and hand-wrapped with a leather tie; only 240 bottles are produced each day. Recommended preparation: Pour 1 ½ ounces into a large balloon glass with five cubes of ice. Chill by swirling the glass and garnish with a twist of grapefruit zest.

Korbel Organic Brut Champagne
Korbel Champagne Cellars introduces its first California Brut Champagne made entirely with organically grown grapes. In 2007, Korbel received its organic processor certification from the California Certified Organic Farmers, which enabled it to start crafting the new Korbel Brut, which uses grapes grown without synthetic pesticides, herbicides or fertilizers. The grapes deliver flavors of apple, pear and white peaches. The finish is medium dry, with a slight savory note at the end.
