Mint Collins

1½  oz. Smirnoff No. 21 Vodka
¾ oz. lime juice
½ oz. simple syrup
5 mint leaves
Top with soda
GLASS: Collins
GARNISH: lime wheel

Shake, strain over fresh ice into collins glass. Garnish.

 Mint Collins

Creamsicle

¾ oz. Smirnoff Orange Vodka
¾ oz. Smirnoff Whipped Cream Vodka
½ oz. lemon juice
½ oz. simple syrup
½ oz. half and half
GLASS: Stemmed pokal?
GARNISH: orange twist or wheel

Shake, strain, rocks glass. Garnish.

1½ oz. Smirnoff Citrus Vodka
2 oz. cranberry
2 oz. pineapple
2 oz. orange juice
Fresh cut fruit (strawberries, grapes, oranges, pineapple)
GLASS: Napoli
GARNISH:  Fruit piece

Pre-mix juices. Keep chilled. Add fruit, Smirnoff Citrus and juice to ice filled mixing tin. Shake. Pour into glass.

  

French Martini

1 ½ oz. Smirnoff Sorbet Light Raspberry Pomegranate
½ oz. raspberry syrup
½ oz. pineapple juice
GLASS: paper cone
GARNISH: blackberry

In an 8-qt. container, combine all ingredients in advance. Stir. Pour into plastic flair bottles. Chill for several hours. When ready to serve, . Garnish.
