The Professional Series at Tales of the Cocktail will be held Wednesday, July 21 at the Hotel Monteleone and is a day-long series of seminars designed specifically for bartenders, mixologists, bar owners and operators and cocktail professionals. The series features top mixologists and cocktailians as presenters and panelists, including Tobin Ellis, Eben Freeman, Kathy Casey, Philip Duff, Angus Winchester, Audrey Saunders, Chad Solomon and Christy Pope, covering current topics for successful bar operation, such as media skills, creative cocktail development processes and working the room effectively on a busy night.
