Vivian’s Manhattan
1 oz. Bulleit Rye
½ oz. Sweet Vermouth
2-3 Dashes of House Blended Bitters
Stir over ice, Strain into brew bottle, fill with smoke, cap. Served with a rocks glass with glace ice, garnish with luxardo/brandy cherries
Smoke and Ember Margarita
1 1/2 oz. Don Julio Blanco Tequila
1 oz. Lime Juice
1 oz. Smoked Agave
3-4 Raspberries
Hawaiian Lava Smoked Salt
Combine tequila, lime, agave and raspberries. Shake and Strain ingredients into salt rimmed rocks glass.
Negroni
½ oz. Tanqueray 10
½ oz. Campari
½ oz. Sweet Vermouth
Combine ingredients. Shake and Strain into martini glass. Flamed orange peel.
Riverside Shandy
1 oz. Zacappa
1.5 oz. Orange Juice
1 oz. Smoked Guinness Chocolate Syrup
2-3 Dashes of Old Tom Gin Bitters
Shake strain into highball glass. Add ice. Top with soda. Garnish with an Orange zest
Danielle’s Hustle
1 1/2 oz. Ketel One Citroen
¾ oz. Smoked Pineapple Juice
½ oz. Coconut Syrup
2-3 Dashes House Bitters
Combine Kettle, pineapple juice and coconut syrup; shake strain into ice filled wine glass. Top with house bitters. Garnish with an edible orchid.
