Republic National Distributing Company Announces Organizational Changes

Tom Cole, President of Republic National Distributing Company—USA, America’s second largest and fastest growing  wine and spirits wholesale distributor, announced the following management changes today.

Bob Hendrickson, currently President of RNDC’s Western Region, has been promoted to Executive Vice President, RNDC-USA.  In his new capacity, Bob will oversee the entire country for all sales and marketing functions.  Mr. Hendrickson began his career with the E & J Gallo Winery in Los Angeles and moved to Texas in 1986 to join the Julius Schepps Company.  After RNDC bought the Julius Schepps Company in 1997, Bob was promoted to President of RNDC-Texas.  In 2007, he was named President of RNDC’s Western Region.

Bob will assume responsibility for national accounts on and off premise; corporate wine, spirits and malt beverages; multi-cultural marketing; and training.  Charlie Andrews, currently President of RNDC’s Eastern Region and Control States, will continue in that capacity.

“We couldn’t be prouder of the entire RNDC team across the United States.  These moves position RNDC in contrast to our competitors as ‘best in class’ for sales, marketing and services to our customers and suppliers as we continue to grow,” stated Cole.
