SoYo Tea

1 oz. Ciroc Peach
0.5 oz. Jeremiah Weed Sweet Tea Flavored Vodka
0.5 oz. Simple Syrup
0.5Fresh Lemon
Top Soda
Garnish: Basil, red licorice

Combine Ciroc, Jeremiah Sweet Tea, lemon sour in a shaker with ice and shake.  Strain into a collins glass over fresh ice and top with soda. Garnish.

Eclectic Blue

2 Tablespoon Blueberry Preserves
1 oz. Tanqueray London Dry Gin
0.5 oz. Elderflower Liqueur (St. Germaine)
0.5 oz. Simple Syrup
0.5 Fresh Lemon
Garnish: Sage

Combine gin, elderflower liqueur, Juice, sage, and preserves in a shaker w/ Ice and shake vigorously. Strain (double strain if possible) into coupe glass. Garnish with sage leaves and lemon wheel.

Way Uptown Martini

1 oz. Dry Vermouth
0.5 oz. Tanqueray London Dry Gin
2 dashes Orange Bitters
Garnish: Lemon Zest

Stir, Coupe Glass. Garnish.

Upside Down Manhattan

1 oz. Sweet Vermouth
0.5 oz. Bulleit Rye
2 dashes Angostura Bitters
Garnish: Cherry
